Absolute perfection! I agree with the praise for the brilliant staff throughout the hotel. Welcoming, friendly, efficient, genuine.  From the hotel architecture and spacious rooms to the immaculate restaurants, pools, and surroundings, everything is maintained to the highest standard while respecting the beautiful natural landscape. Excellent location for kids too. There is something for everyone here. Can't wait to come back.

This hotel is amazing. We have a villa room with a private pool (I am staying here with my 7 year old daughter). The room is really amazing. We are not doing any cooking but having the kitchen is great as well as the washing machine and dryer. The private pool is AMAZING. The staff are also brilliant, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so nice and the restaurants for lunch and dinner are great too. We can’t wait to come back, it’s just perfect. Special mention for Justyna at breakfast, she’s a super star. Thank you so much.

This hotel is a jewel and whilst it is pricey I would comment you get what you pay for and here it is upmarket, relaxing,order and very clean.   Having worked in hospitality with a major international hotel group I can honestly say the management should be very proud of their team members. Each and every member of staff was nothing but welcoming, courteous and helpful always going that extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.    Our suite was outstanding and had everything we needed.   With spectacular views and comfortable balcony furniture it was wonderful to relax and watch the sunset in the evening.   We couldn’t fault anything at all - housekeeping went over and above to look after us.   Food and drinks selection very good.     Today it’s not often you are asked how you are enjoying but the team here have got it just right!   Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - we will be back !

We spent 2 weeks in February at the Royal Hideaway. What struck us right from the start was the extraordinary friendliness of every member of staff in the hotel. I would especially like to emphasize the service of Justyna and her team during breakfast, which was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. The hotel offers everything you could wish for, especially excellent restaurants. We had a room with its own pool, which we enjoyed to the full.
