Second time here. Amazing room, very happy with most of it, lovely breakfast and food. Really!
The 1-2 star off is for the spa not being available at your leisure, you have to book a specific slot and be there then only, in a sense I understand but it feels inflexible as a guest.. You basically get chased out if you're slow or early..   I wouldn't consider this a spa hotel even if that's what the name says. I felt stressed looking at the clock to make sure I'm within my slot of spa, not much relaxing there.. what if I wanna take a nap.. 😅 It's ridiculous honestly. Despite the slots.. There was a lot of people. Second night of the stay there was a conference so we didn't really get any sleep until they finished at midnight 😂 felt like we were at the party basically. 😅   I think the hotel in itself is beautiful, it has got that going for it.

Disappointing and overcrowded experience. The spa was completely over-packed, with only 2.5 hours of access that turned into much less after check-in and finding our room. Every pool, bed, and relaxation area was packed - we spent more time searching for somewhere to sit than actually relaxing. For the price, this was nowhere near worth it.

Dinner was bland and underwhelming, with presentation far better than taste. Breakfast was ok. The bed in the room was not comfortable, we woke up a few times during the night with neck and back pain. Steam Hotel is hyped up, but the experience didn’t deliver on any front. For a relaxing getaway, look elsewhere.

Just great! Awesome rooms, super fresh and high standards! Got many bars, entertainment in all ways you could ask for. Cinema, free arcade games.
I didn't use the SPA since I was here for work.
Great staff!
And also... the extras of good products in the room. Body lotion, good hair products and all the stuff girls like 😍 highly recommended.
Goes down to 4 stars since the prices of bar drinks is ridiculously high. 185:- kr for a glass of standard wine.

Horrible breakfast and horrible experience at breakfast where I sat at a table that had a sign written in Swedish that the table was only for 4 people . There was absolutely nowhere else to sit and I was asked to move for a family of 4 as I started eating my meal . If you’re going to have a sign with important note why write it only in Swedish ? So this hotel is clearly not accommodating for international guests .

Got bedbugs when I was there. Their so called guest excellence manager was also hard to reach. They offer payback of room but no compensation for other consequences of the visit. Will never set my foot in that place again. Not worth it
