My only regret is that I didn’t book more nights at this hotel! It’s extremely lovely with so many great amenities in the room, plus super spacious! I enjoyed the room so much that I actually chose to hang out in the room during some afternoons and evenings instead of going out to explore so I could savor the peaceful time there. The service is also really attentive and excellent. It’s everything I want and need in a hotel!

Perhaps the only thing to note is that it’s located in a quiet area with not that much to see or do around, however this is not an issue for me as I prefer to sleep in a quiet neighborhood.

If only all hotels were like K5 ! From the very friendly and helpful staff to the comfort and atmosphere of the room, from the design of the different areas to the services and facilities, everything was beyond reproach. The welcome drink, the turntable in the room, the quality coffee and the whole vibe made for two superb nights. I really liked the layout of the room, which was spacious with high ceilings, large windows, very pleasant dimmable lighting, the small desk hidden behind the bed and the well thought-out storage areas. Last but not least, lots of nice places are located close to the hotel for which we received a bunch of vouchers to use for discounts. I hope I could stay longer the next time I travel to Tokyo !

One of the most beautiful hotels/boutique hotels I have ever seen and stayed in.

The light, the bed, the atmosphere from the entrance to the room, everything is so quiet and well-designed. Congrats Kuma-San. It brings tranquility and maximizes the use of space.

The staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful, and their English is perfect.

I love everything. I will definitely come back here for my next Tokyo visit.

Loved our stay here. This was our first stop of many and started our trip off on the best possible note. Room was incredible, staff were fantastic and all around this was a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to return.

This hotel is everything I look for when I travel. Staff are the most friendly you’ll find, they are the most polite and approachable people you can wish for. I felt so welcomed everyday when I got to the hotel. I can’t thank enough their genuine attention to our experience, they’ve made it so special and we will always stay here moving forward when going to Tokyo.
For Tokyo the rooms are spacious and very design oriented, stylish and modern. The room was impeccably clean and tidy. When we arrived there were so many details that showed they have researched our preferences and that make it massively special. We can’t recommend enough this place.
A big thank you to all their team that made our trip around the world so memorable.
