First of all the personnel at reception was excellent and glad to help for everything!
The Family room was excellent, spacious and clean!
The location is excellent beside a metro station that you can move everywhere!

This was my first time in Vienna, and I chose to stay at NH Collection Wien Zentrum because of its excellent location and convenience.

I spent one night here and was grateful that they allowed me to store my luggage while I traveled to Budapest for two nights before returning to the hotel. The service provided by Tomas was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered excellent tips for exploring Vienna. He even gave me a room upgrade, which was a very thoughtful gesture. His professionalism really stood out, and I highly recommend stopping by to say hello to Tomas if you visit NH Collection Wien Zentrum.

The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was good, with a solid variety of options.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

This hotel is in an amazing location - close to public transportation. We were here for Christmas markets. We were greeted and taken care of throughout our stay by Elisa. She was not only kind but so helpful! She gave us an awesome oval spot for our first dinner in Austria and was smiling every time we needed anything from the desk. On our way out we were helped by Mira who was also wonderful storing our MANY bags full of mugs from the markets!

The location of the NH Collection Wien Zentrum hotel, almost directly next to a U-Bahn station, proved excellent for a short break to visit Vienna's Christmas markets.
The hotel was relatively quiet and our room (415) was spacious, modern and well decorated. With a soda, safe and fridge, it was ideal for a city break as we could return in the evening and relax in the room. The compact sauna, on the third floor, was good to use too.
Breakfast, served on the seventh floor, provided plenty of choices and some of the ingredients varied each day.
