Booked IR sauna on a Monday in December 2022.
It was located in a centrally located beautiful hotel.
The sauna was located in a separate room with shower and toilet, drinking water and products.

The only minus was that the IR sauna is small in size and feels a bit cramped even though I was one person. Some special functions in the sauna were difficult to get started properly which lowers the overall rating.

This is my go-to spot in Stockholm for all things wellness. I come at least once a week to rejuvenate and feel more vital between their many offerings. My favorite is the cold plunge paired with the infrared sauna, or I go for the LPG. Customer service is friendly and very centrally located. Grateful something like this exists here!

A very nice studio with plenty treatments and super helpful staff. Booked IR sauna after spinning today, which was quite good for relaxation.

Review not for the place but for the service of their products on their site. I never received my order, they charged an incredible big amount just for the delivery(170,00euro in europe) they didn't know why, but the worst is that they did not correspond to my emails to resolve the matter. I no longer wish to resolve it. You can keep the 30,00 euros for the electrolytes i was supposed to purchase.

Amazing experience for both body and mind. Infrared Sauna followed by Ice bath with great guidance from the therapist. So worth a visit, left refreshed and re-energized.
