This place vibes with energy and ancient echoes! Right in the heart of the ship sized rocks arrangement you can meditate and feel the energy.
Important info: it is a free place to visit.

Believed to be a place of worship for pagan Vikings. There are 5 ship-like structures that form the shape of a ship with the exact dates unknown. There is a mound in the middle. It's worth climbing to have an overall view of the place. There is a bus that runs nearby Västerås C that passes by the site. The place doesn't require you to pay a ticket. There is also a cafe there to enjoy coffee after a walk.

You can really feel the presence of history here, impressive mounds and ship settings. The rune stone is also worth a visit! When we visited there was activities like prepare your own yarn from lambswool, learn a Viking board game, practice swords fencing. Not sure how often they do that, but it was very nice and interesting, the kids loved it and now we also have a Viking board game at home.

I thought it was a small boat shaped stone formation like the ones I've seen in Gotland but as I was getting nearer I was amazed to discover that the stones were huge and many. There was also a mound, a rune, several ship shapes (stones laid in the form of a ship to send off the dead) ... The biggest I've seen ever... The whole area is full of archeological treasures...
