The building totally looks like a modern church, but inside, there are three different fish and seafood restaurants that also sell fresh fish for takeaway. The place can be very crowded with tourists so it's not the right place to have a calm meal. But the food is pretty good so it's definitely worth a visit.

Excellent food taste. The ambience is very good and this is a very old restaurant and they have been renovated. Had Västerbotten Toast with Whitefish Roe

Incredible space with a fantastic atmosphere that truly stands out. The staff is very friendly. although the service was a bit slower than expected. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting!"

Feskekörka is a wonderful visual and taste experience!

First of all it is really a pleasure look at. Very nice old and new architecture, combining the modern use with a wonderful historic building.

Then it has well selected products from all the fresh fish to side products and even a bar for a nice drink and snack after work.

An extraordinary “fish” market set within a beautifully repurposed old church. Recently reopened after renovations, the atmosphere is inviting, with exceptionally friendly staff offering excellent recommendations. I was intrigued by a local beer brewed with oyster shells, expertly suggested as a pairing for the oysters. While the oysters weren’t local due to the season not beginning until September, the overall experience was still delightful.
I would come back to this place anytime
