Cesar was great, he got our car very fast , he's s very polite and great hustled. Food was excellent. The waitress Saturday night was very friendly and welcoming. Music was a great plus, we will come again.

I've now stayed at Hotel Ziggy twice; I can honestly say I have found my favorite place to stay in West Hollywood, and I can't imagine being anywhere else. First of all the staff, they are beyond amazing, they make you feel like you're at home, they're all so fun and amazing to be around and it feels great to be around so many artistically and fun people. Now onto the property, when you stay at Hotel Ziggy, make sure you pop by the bar between 1500-1600 for your free margaritas as you get two every night per guest. These margs are honestly to die for, happy hour starts at 1600 so you can continue your drinking vibe for half price during that time. The food is pretty awesome, they have different offerings that appeal to everyone there and they're fun and flavourful. The rooms are stunning, very spacious and clean and welcoming. The pool area is a total vibe, they've got the area nicely decorated and the loungers they have are very comfortable. Also during certain times of the week they have live music upstairs! How awesome is that, you can walk out of your hotel room and catch a live show by one of the many local artists, you can also use some of the gear they have and set up a jam. A++++ for Hotel Ziggy and I can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel with super fun vibes and amenities! The room was spacious and clean, pool was excellent and the margarita happy hour was a fun bonus. Extra shoutout to Leo at the vallet for great service! All staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Customer service- trash, so rude and no patience, promised a free margarita never got it after asking the bar girl for it, 65 dollars for parking when there is 2 dollar parking literally across the street.
Rooms were okay - heater way too loud to use walls so thin you can hear everything outside your door- shower floor tiles cracked making it sharp and felt dirty.

Overall great location but needs updating and refreshing 😁

The hotel was good with my favorite aspect is We Found New Music with Greg Owens. Got to see several indie artist like Karina Noelle and Rainerza. However, the walls are thin. I could hear full on conversations in the room next door or they were just loud. Even heard them having sex as well.
