We were here for 5 nights. They allowed us to check our bags in at the porter (for free) since we were there a lot earlier than check-in time.  When I checked in everyone was very nice and welcoming. After that, we didn't need to interact with the staff at all except the customary greetings.  As we left each morning, they greeted us. and when we came back they greeted us warmly too. I never needed customer service during my stay. I liked that the pool area was nice and private. Wish there was a hot tub but didn't see one.

Very pleased with my 10 nights stay. Got a corner room with huge balcony at no extra cost. Stylish hotel, close to grocery stores, the beach, restaurants, rentals, public transportation and nightlife. Food was good on the pricey end as you would expect. Drinks ok. Service was good. Nice crowd. Not giving 5 stars because my room key card just worked for about 24 hours then had to go to the lobby get it reprogrammed so it could work again, that was very annoying had to do it more than 5 times during my stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with handling our luggage while we waited for our room. They made the process hassle-free by taking our bags in and bringing them to our room once it was ready.

The room itself was great—clean, well-stocked, and included a coffee machine with tea and coffee, sugar, creamer, a mini fridge, working AC, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, providing a spotless room and fresh towels daily.🧺🧼

While the staff answered all my questions about amenities like the gym, pool, water refills, and daily activities, it would have been nice to receive a quick tour or a rundown without needing to ask. Be prepared for the expected hidden resort fees and taxes—they do add up.🧾

If you’re okay with spending a bit more for a central location and great service, I’d recommend staying here!🏖️🌺

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton The Modern, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that made me feel truly valued as a guest. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

The accommodations were absolutely stellar—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. My room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with breathtaking views that added an extra layer of serenity to my experience.

The amenities at Hilton The Modern were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. Whether it was unwinding by the stunning pool, dining at their incredible restaurants, or simply enjoying the impeccable atmosphere, every moment felt indulgent.

First of all, the room quality is quite good—everything looks new and feels bright and cheerful. However, the key card is extremely prone to deactivating and had to be reactivated at the front desk quite frequently.

As for facilities, the parking fee is fairly reasonable, but the pool is quite small. The biggest downside is the location—it’s relatively remote, with most restaurants and malls about a 20-25 minute walk away. When booking, I thought it would offer peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, but it’s not quiet at all. There are always fire trucks or late-night street racers passing by.
