Absolutely loved my stay at The Knickerbocker! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was elegantly designed, and the bathroom was a dream—especially for women. Full-length mirror, amazing lighting, and tons of counter space made getting ready effortless. The location in Times Square is unbeatable, yet the room felt like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Top notch hotel! Perfect location! Literally a couple steps away from the bustling Times Square. Nestled between metro stations giving you easy access to the rest of the city. Hotel is quiet and super clean. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant and cafe are good options with great food. We truly lucked out. Staff was wonderful at greeting, in between and at check out. You have security at the door at all times.

This is the ONLY hotel I stay at when I am in NYC. This is my 3rd stay with them and every time it gets better. We came here for a short trip and arrived very early, they were able to get us an early check in + a room upgrade. The location is great and the people here are so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are beautiful. The roof top bar is currently closed for an upgrade but when it is open it was amazing, the views, the vibes the drinks. Definitely a MUST STAY anytime you are here!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and attended to by Maggie, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out. She was incredibly helpful, not only in highlighting the hotel's amenities but also in sharing great tips about things to do during our stay. Her attentiveness made us feel welcomed right away. She also wished me a happy birthday which she noticed on my ID. :)

The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-maintained. Room service was excellent, adding an extra touch of convenience and luxury to our stay. One delightful surprise was the hotel’s nightcap offering, which added a unique and thoughtful element to the experience.

Overall, we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed everything—from the outstanding service to the prime location and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

This hotel in NYC is such a gem. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The Rooftop bar is stunning and the drinks and food are amazing. They also have an Outdoor space, that opens in the summer. The GM Samuel is super friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel like the only one in the room despite giving the same superstar energy to every guest. Highly recommend!A MUST STAY anytime you are in NYC.
