Wine selection is amazing! Great, great wine. The service was ok, a little slow. Waiter disappeared after our food was served. The prices were high for the quality of food. Definatelly needs improvement.

Enjoyed our time here. Service was good in the beginning but disappeared throughout our stay. Great selection of wine, we finished 2 here. We did not eat so can't comment about their food. Great ambiance.

Restaurant tipically designed to attract "new rich" that care more to show-up than to have a good dinner. Prices disproportionate.

How I wanted to like this place.. . But this was an absolutely awful experience. We sat down outside and our waitress came to ask for our order, we were not quite ready to order so started with drinks. We asked for a simple bottle of sparkling water. 25 minutes pass and not our waitress nor one staff member stopped by our table to bring our water or take our order. I had a direct view from outside to the inside of the restaurant and I could see our waitress grab food from the kitchen and eat by the bar and converse with other staff members, all the while we were ignored. I made a sign to staff member in their kitchen. That staff member went Immediately to the bar , which looked like she was asking the staff whose table that was. Still, no one rushed out to us. Our waitress came to another table outside and chatted with a table , all while again, we were ignored.

Hungry and absolutely disappointed, my partner and I got up and went inside the restaurant. At first, there was no sign of the manager. I spoke to our waitress inside let her know how disappointed and terrible this service once and not once did she apologize. We left, but then decided to talk to the manager on duty. While he was respectful and apologized, and even offered for us to sit down for us to take care of us personally, it was too late. This could have been handled earlier if he or someone in his staff would have come to tend to our table. After a total of 35 minutes, we left, without even a sip of a water.

The arrogance of the staff is something to be alarming and make anyone weary of going there. An absolute disappointment of a place that both local and tourists should avoid at a cost. You are in Mendoza, land of amazing food and wine, and incredible people. You'll find better service elsewhere.

Max was our waiter and he speaks English quite well.  He recommended an excellent pasta dish and a very nice white wine.  Would definitely come back if we get back to Mendoza
