I think I will not forget this resort so quick. Super friendly, kind and inviting couple own the resort. Me and my family felt super welcomed all the time. The sleeping apartments and the food at the restaurant was very good, I can highly recommend. You will enjoy this place for sure!
I already miss this place and I have to say,  especially the very sweet receptionist girl who kept me smiling.

A beautiful resort no doubt but the female owner, Shary, was not the best when it came to customer service. When I checked in, the female receptionist informed me I can pay when checking out the next day and whatever I ordered from the bar/restaurant would be added to my bill. Later on that evening around 10 pm, I went to pick up my laundry and Shary asks if I wanted to pay now. I thought it was super weird as I was previously told to pay when checking out. Also it was 10 pm and I didn't have my wallet on me when grabbing my laundry. The following morning I show up to the restaurant around 7 am which is when I was told breakfast would start. No one even acknowledges me for a good 20 minutes and when I walk up to the counter Shary states "Is breakfast included in your room?  I didn't check." Again I thought that was extremely weird and unnecessary especially considering all of their reservation options across all websites indicate breakfast is included. Shary - was it my age or how I looked?

This restaurant is specializing into European cuisine not for Cambodian foods. Although they can fix Khmer dishes but they need some improvement.

Visited this beautiful place a few times before. Superfriendly staff. Very good asian and western food. It’s own craftbeers and rooms in the garden or on their own lake. Don’t look any further for a place to stay in Battambang.

I love this resort. Great staff and great service, clean, luscious greens, well maintained property, and amazing Khmer food. I couldn't bring myself to give it a five star because of the loud music from nearby, sometimes well into the night. .
