I have eaten here three times so far this visit to Siem Reap. I ordered the beef katsu set. The general manager came over to make sure that I really wanted it cooked rare. I did. The beef arrived as requested, perfectly cooked, and the manager verified for me that it was Australian sourced tenderloin. One of the tastiest things I have experienced in a while. In previous visits I had the fuzimen meal, and the nigiri selection. Those were very nice as well. The tea is loose leaf as you would expect from a restaurant at this level. Service is attentive, prompt, and accurate. Fuzimen is my favorite restaurant in Cambodia so far. And this is a foodie country. Thanks to all of the staff who clearly bring a wealth of energy and professionalism to the experience.

Very nice ambiance and design, counter seating and booths / tables downstairs, some private rooms and traditional seating upstairs, all designed with attention to detail and care. Attentive and responsive staff (but please don't keep standing behind curtain and constantly look at our table to see if we need anything). A bit disappointed with the food though, the pork hotpot and the pickles were nothing special, the assorted seafood katsu bowl came with a flavorful sauce but completely soggy panko crust and in part runny egg white. I would have liked to love the place but found it rather soso, especially considering the price level of the menu.
