Great experience with 8888
10/10 for the atmosphere, 7/10 for the food, almost forgot what I had. 10/10 for the food presentation, very artistic. Our food was quickly presented and quickly removed from the table. Understood it has to match the background music. Every course had a beverage paired.

Fantastic food and the experience is just something truly unique. The definition of a three star restaurant in the sense that it is worth a trip just to visit - but also realizing that not all (well, any) restaurants can be like this. The chicken and the meat main courses were actually the most forgettable if I was to point out room for improvement on the A+B menu. Also, because of the whole setting you typically will not spend so much talking with the others on the table because you are all so focused on the experience as well as the food. Highly recommended!

A unique restaurant. Food is impressive and wine pairing is delightful (we had the UV888 menu). Service is great (nice mix of friendliness and professionalism). And the setting with the multi-senses experience create some feelings and emotions not encountered before.
As nothing is perfect, there were few disappointments: Some dishes were too salty (especially the sauce with the Grilled Oyster, Cuttleskin & Foie Gras), Château Margaux 1998 was a bit damaged.

A simply amazing combination of excellent food, flawless service and incredible effects to create what is possibly one of the very few bucket list dining experiences. It all starts at the first meeting point and accelerates from there.  Each course is a construct of great food and effects culminating in a personal kitchen visit with the chef. Yes the cost is high, but the overall meal and experiences is phenomenal.
