**A Hidden Gem with Amazing Food!**

We stumbled upon She Wong Hei Restaurant by chance, and what a fantastic find it turned out to be! Their **snake soup** was incredibly flavorful, the **roast goose** and **roast meat** were perfectly done, and the **glutinous rice** was absolutely to die for!

While the prices are on the higher side (around SGD 100 for 4 people), the quality and taste of the food make it worth every penny. If you’re a foodie looking for something unique and unforgettable, this place is a must-try.

I come here whenever I’m back in HK. A favourite in the winter for us for the hearty soup they serve. They serve various soup apart from the signature soup. They also have roasts which you can mix and match. Sharing of table is sometimes necessary during peak hours. Quick turn over so never too long a wait. A reliable classic and I suppose there aren’t many eatery of this type in HK.

Must try local food !  Snake soup is a local favorite in cold winter days.  This shop is run by a group of chefs with a long line of history and is trust-worthy.  Recommend the snake set.  Take-away is available if you do not like the crowded tables.

A local dish must not be missed!This snake soup is one of the tops I’ve ever eaten, I recommend go with the set meal is usually cheaper, this restaurant is one of the oldest ones there with experienced chef cook in there.I recommend to order the snake soup as a meal with optional of rice with lubricated intestine or Glutinous rice with a sausage and a lubricated intestine, they also serve with a side dish if you have ordered a meal.
