Excellent choice in HK to have a taste of authentic Korean fine dining. From food, ambience, and beverage options are great enough. The cold and hot dishes are perfect!! Absolutely love the chicken roulade and abalone wrapped dumpling. The cold seasonal seafood in pine nut sase was stunning, the pouched egg was like icing on the cake!
Quite disappointed with the add-on fried chicken tho, the batter was thick and the whole thing was very bulky and chicken was not juicy.

The desserts are below average for Michelin one star, especially the tarte Tatum with excessive cream and bitterness and the petite fours are just alright.

Sincerely hope that the chef can work on the desserts as the cold and hot dishes are so perfect!!!

Very distinct flavors and my first time at a modern Korean fine dining place.  I would have to say the fried chicken is a bit too much flavor if you add it, because it's very sweet and comes after the chicken and beef both of which have very rich and savory sauces.
