Michelin recommended. But the food is so so. The fried wonton was cold and not tasty. the fish skin was good and crispy. Other than that, nothing to rave about. Many other noodle shops in HK are better.

We came here at 5.30pm. Popular. we can to wait outside for a table. Unfortunately they sold outbof their signature roast pork, beef, wanton and fish skin. Basically they had run out of almost everything. They even ran out of the type of noodle we wanted. so settled for fish ball rice noodle. Good taste

Visited this local noodle shop as it was close to the hotel that we were staying in. The noodles were bouncy, the fried wonton quite meaty (vs filled with shrimps) and the soup was a bit salty for my taste. Yet we enjoyed the food and will visit again. Staff were friendly and place was relatively clean. Be sure to visit the nearby King George V Memorial Park to enjoy the shade underneath the Chinese Banyan trees.

A different wonton noodle shop in HK. It’s cha Siu and fried wonton dried noodles is my top choice.
In terms of noodles and taste, I find it closer to Malaysian/Singaporean style. Price is very reasonable in High Street area.
Go there earlier as they might sold out in late afternoon.

Great place for dumpling noodles in HK. This place serves fried dumplings as well, which is more commonly found in south-east Asia than in HK — I heard one of the staff actually lived in Singapore. Store is very clean and one shouldn’t have any trouble getting seats.
