The food was very extra and some things were pretty good and some things are… and there were more bad than good things but the good things were extremely good especially the fish it was the best fish I’ve even eaten also the green oyster thing was not the best and the lollipop I thought it was sweet but it was extremely sour.

For this price I would probably not go again and would rather go to the Japanese restaurant on the opposite side

Absolutely stunning lunch. Every dish was perfectly balanced: the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, the presentation, the flavours were exceptional.

I’ve had other 2-starred places but Amber was really a cut above the rest. Highly recommend upgrading to their signature Uni and caviar dish- this was the highlight and my favourite dish of the meal. The pigeon was done medium rare and it had the most lovely slightly gamey flavour that paired so well with the jus.

Service was pleasant though I found the pace of the food could have been slightly quicker. Overall one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.

Looked forward to try the Michelin 2-star Amber and we ordered the full experience and the black enigma secret dish. I had to say we probably over expected its offering. The savoury dishes were excellent, the secret dish was quite unique and interesting but we felt the two dessert dishes were just average. The customer service had room for improvement e.g. different staff members kept speaking Chinese/English to us throughout the night and we would prefer just one language to be consistent. There were also occasions where service was needed but not given or it was half delivered. We didn't feel the overall experience was Michelin 2-star worthy.

Excellent cuisines overall, slightly disappointed with the dessert.

Services in general was good as a level of no stars restaurant.  As a 2 stars restaurant, the service standard should be a lot higher.

2nd time here. Overall food is good, menu is seasonal. This time it is slightly too strong for my partner, but when we visit in 2023 taste match to our liking
