I’ve been to many Michelin starred restaurants but I would say this is one of the most deserving.

We had such a great time interacting with the staff who were all so keen to share and teach us about the dishes especially the ingredients and prep methods. Love how the food was so fresh everything was made with the consumer in mind.

What really impressed me was the staff stopping us from ordering the menu with the most number of dishes because he knew we weren’t able to finish. He was right, towards the end of the meal we were so stuffed.

I can taste the sincerity right from the heart, all the way from the kitchen to the table from dish one till the end.

We were also offered an extra dessert from the pastry chef at the end of the meal.

Excellent overall dining experience. Attentive service, not overly bearing, and a nice date night restaurant. Food was good, a particular shout-out to the beef and the starters, and presentation of the food was excellent. They helped place our flowers on the side, and would recommend :)

Visited for the first time in a not so busy Wednesday evening.  For its reputation, no concern about their beautifully prepared dishes.  I particularly liked the abalone rice.  The wine pairing was a plus especially with the sommelier who explained every wine lively in great details.  For nearly four thousand dollars a person, it's not cheap but got what it supposed to offer.

I can see why this has a MICHELIN STAR. Very good. Divine! I booked a table for lunch. The lunch menu is good value. You have a choice of three set menus. I went with the PRESENTATION (4 course) option. This included one raw, one cooked, signature "Caldoso rice" and one sweet dish. There was a choice of three raw dishes, three cooked options and two sweet dishes. Some of the dishes had an additional charge. I would highly recommend including the "Caldoso rice" as this is the signature dish. It was so good and comforting. The lobster melted in my mouth. The whole meal was divine. Beautiful presentation, excellent service and a wonderful dining experience as you would expect. Light and refreshing with a combination of flavours from South America where Agustin Balbi is originally from with Asian influences. Located in Central on the first floor of a building, the dining room is small and minimalistic. Only a few tables. When you book, you will be asked for a deposit of 500 HKD but this will be used as payment towards your final bill. The deposit is non-refundable. The dining experience started with a selection of complimentary tasters and a tea. So good! The presentation was exquisite. This will be followed by your choice of raw dish, then complimentary bread. Next is the cooked dish. If you choose the same menu I did, then this will be followed by the signature "Caldoso rice". Finally the sweet. I ordered a black americano to have with my sweet which was spot on. When you think it is over, you will be offered a selection of bite-size sweets. You can choose to sample all or whatever takes your fancy. I was full already, so I only picked two. I didn't order any drinks. I just had water which you will need to pay for. These are the dishes I chose and I would recommend all of them. I expect the menu changes but as it stands for October, 2024. For my raw dish, I had the HOKKAIDO SCALLOP fruit tomato gazpacho. For the cooked, I chose the LINE-CAUGHT LISA razor clams, daikon and plankton marino followed by the PEAR Chamomile and local honey for my sweet. Highly recommend!

luxury dinner time! we picked here for its fame. it serves chef recommendation set with no flexibility (they mentioned it while booking). this is something that i quite struggled before coming, since i'm a keto dieter. yeh and ended up a lot dishes i couldn't eat. they do everything fusion, and sometimes you know, fusion could be risky. we found some dishes ya, quite matching, but some not. the corn soup itself was plain, it tasted okay when having the roe together. the "five flavours" was..... em, special, not tasty. i like the fish most, as it fulfilled my keto needs (with the fish alone, not the sauce), as well as the main beef. then when going to the desserts, they looked very nice but it's completely not my business. i've asked the normal dieter round the table, they think yea it's good, it's alright, but not like WOW and especially with its price and fame.
