Went for a weekday lunch thanks to a friend’s invite, and overall it was a lovely experience. The food was excellent—especially the appetizers and dessert, which had a nice, elegant touch. The main course was a bit underwhelming in comparison. One thing to note: there’s a dress code, but some guests at other tables didn’t quite match the vibe you’d expect from a Michelin-rated spot.

4 course lunch, middle course is langoustine, that was great combination of pickled cucumber sake-marinated salmon roe and french cream.
rest of the course is fairly good but a bit small for portion, overall was just average according the two Michelin stars.

The atmosphere is great, nice view, stylish decor, very clean toilet.

Service was almost perfect if the check was not presented before our last course.

This is the first time I visit Arbor! I heard that it is a Michelin stars restaurant and I really wish to have dinner here for a long time!

Tonight I went with my friend over there! when I stepped at Arbor, the high ceiling, long glass windows with a bit dim light. It can give you a really romantic and cosy feel!

The dinner menu looks so simple and it is $1688/person!  After having dinner at Arbor, you can really feel how much effort the chef had input into every dish they made!

I would like to say their signature main dish - pigeon is really worth to try! The way they cooked the pigeon quite different from the usual Chinese style! The pigeon cooked until medium done but it won’t feel undercooked! The texture of the meat is very soft.  There are three kinds of seasonings that can be eaten together! It also comes with a meatball and that is a mixture of pigeon meat and its viscera.

The staff are always friendly and explain in details about every dishes!  They show their professionalism in serving their clients!

As a whole, I would say since the service and the taste of the food are both excellent, Arbor really deserves getting the Michelin stars!

Food was interesting but there is room for improvement. Some of the flavour profiles were competing with each other and gets a little muddled. Lacks the crisp, clean symphony that I was expected from a marriage of Japanese and Finnish influence. Still an interesting experience that I would recommend so you can make your own judgement.

This is my friends & I first Arbor experience and we absolutely love it.

Ivan took care of us most of the time, and carefully explaining each of the food to us. He is also very friendly and very considerate towards us.

We tried the 9 courses and we love each of them, and the scallop & abalone is my personal favourite!
