I had a solo lunch here. Busy lunch time.  I choose biz lunch package.
All perfect.  Love to come back again in the future.

One of the best Cantonese food you can ask for. Staffs are professional and attentive to your requests and needs, and I will definitely come back when visiting Hong Kong

Awful. Definitely not a two-star experience.

Staffs constantly came to pour the tea, almost every other minute, while the tea was still full. While some may find it attentive, we were a bit uncomfortable because it felt like all the staffs were eyeing on us.

Food was served too quickly, even before we finish the previous dish. They even tried to take the unfinished food without asking so we had to grab onto the plate and said we were not finished. Truly an unpleasant experience.

There was an option to upgrade soup, so I said we will have one of each, one normal and one upgrade. But without double checking the order, they just served us two upgraded soup.
When we first asked about it, the male waiter just casually said he misunderstood my order and walked away. As if I should just take what is given. Although at first I didn’t want to complain too much about what had already happen, the attitude made us a bit uncomfortable. As I had not yet touched the soup, I insisted that it is not what I ordered and they unwillingly just took the soup away without saying anything. Then just continued serving the next dish.
For a few minutes I thought I wasn’t going to get my soup.
And when I finally did receive it, tbh the “consommé” tasted and felt like instant corn soup that is microwaved.

All in all, imo food is average, not sure if it worth the price. (Ha gao was quite good I have to admit) We only tried the business lunch, maybe the tasting course is better.

But I am sure you can find better dim sum place with similar or better taste, better service and around a quarter to at least half the price. And even if other food is exceptionally good, I will not come back for their service quality. Such a disastrous experience.

Can’t believe this is a 2-star Michelin restaurant. Not coming back, not going to recommend it to anyone.

If you really have to go here, I recommend to order a la carte and a few dim sum.

I dont know why anyone would dislike this restaurant! This restaurant is the best in town with the best dim sum! All the dishes are delicate and cooked nicely! Its worth many more michelin stars. Much better than 龍景軒 four seasons
