I just wanted a regular bowl of congee after shopping around Causeway, but I wasn’t prepared to have the best one I’ve ever had! Ordered the congee with pork innards. The broth was perfectly salty with a nice gingery taste.

The perfect balance of soup to noodles. Ordered the Mi Sui Cao and a few dim sum dishes. The mi was superb with crisp bite. Crispy tofu with shrimp is a must. Dip in their vinegar sauce creates a wonderful balance. Killed all the dishes I ordered. Now I need a nap.

Nice Michelin star restaurant. I loved how they retained, what I feel is the original flavours of traditional HK food.

Congee taste was on point and the wonton mee is awesome (the wonton is amazing). Price was reasonable which made it all the better

Food was great, place was clean and atmosphere was great. Only downer was the reception who was really lifeless and even slightly frowning when showing us to our table.

Beautifully decorated restaurant that almost reminds me of being inside a Tiffany jewelry box. However, the food didn’t meet my expectations as a Michelin star restaurant.

The fish skin was overly salty and wasn’t very crunchy. The wonton noodles had an EXTREMELY strong ammonia taste and smell that I had to drown out with vinegar. I’ve never had ammonia smell this strong from these noodles elsewhere. The noodles weren’t as springy either.

Located a mall in Causeway Bay, prices were a little bit higher.

A Michelin-starred place but I must say it struggles to meet that.
A blazing hot day in HK but when I arrived, I asked for a cold water. Turns out they can't do that. Only hot water is served, no cold drinks apart from beer. Can't even get a bit of ice for the water. Weird
Only popped in for a bit of dim sum but ended up with Singapore noodles which was ok but how can you go wrong with that?  J had Curry Beef Brisket, again nice but not life changing.
Overall, very ordinary. Service was lacklustre and even the chilli condiment bowl was empty. This is a building with floors and floors of restaurants and they need to be better
