Excellent experience! We got our reservation dates wrong, but the staff tried their best to accommodate us. Their service was so welcoming, making you feel at home. They knew that we were visiting out of town, so tried to offer direction and suggestions on where to go. Beyond service, their soup base were superb! The ingredients were very fresh too! Definitely will return!

Great food but billing issues
The ingredients at this restaurant are indeed very fresh and delicious, especially with a wide variety of choices that offer some pleasant surprises. The hotpot broth is also rich and flavorful, and overall, the food is quite satisfying.

However, the service really needs improvement. Half of our group had not yet arrived, but the waiter repeatedly urged us to start cooking the broth, citing that there were many customers today. In reality, there were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant at that time. This constant urging was quite annoying and negatively affected our dining experience.

The most disappointing part was when we checked the bill and found that we were charged for two plates of salt and pepper squid, even though we only ordered one. Additionally, we ordered three plates of beef, but the bill charged us for four. These errors were very frustrating and even gave the impression of deceiving customers.

Although the food was indeed tasty, this unpleasant experience, particularly with the service and billing issues, left me very disappointed. I don’t think I will come back again. I hope the restaurant can address these problems and improve both customer service and the accuracy of their billing.

Great choices for everyone. We had meat eaters and vegetarians and all enjoyed.
As a vegetarian it was definitely one of the best range of ingredients I’ve had, and the vegetables were super fresh, everyone enjoyed them.

Apart from hotpot we also like their Cantonese dishes. Clean, comforting dining space and very attentive service, recommend it for private room group dining.

Mmmmmm. The hotpot was sooo good with the beef. Unfortunately I was too busy eating to take any photos once the food started showing up. You’ll just have to believe me it is good 😅
