I had the Dim Sum lunch set menu, and it was truly a memorable experience. The dim sum was some of the best I’ve had in Hong Kong, with generous portions and excellent balance in flavors. The mango pudding was also a standout highlight!

For those who want to focus on dim sum, I recommend ordering à la carte for a more customized experience rather than opting for the set lunch menu.

I’ll definitely be back for another visit

It's expensive  but you get what you pay for. Staff are extremely well trained, atmosphere is elegant and top notch. The food quality and presentation too, all sets the bar to a new height. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, housed inside one of the most luxurious hotels !

best part was actually the candied walnuts they provided before the meal!! So crunchy and yummy my favvv. For dim sum, the black pepper bao is rlly yummy, and the radish pastry is also great as well. The lotus leaf rice and chestnut sago is super flavorful as well. The others are kind of average for its price.

The best Dim Sum I ever have! I think this will be my favorite spot in HK ever! Love every dish here and even Goose Roast was on point too.

Very happy with my dining experience here at Spring Moon! Dim sum were outstanding quality and uniquely presented. The whole place had a 1920s Shanghainese vibe and I absolutely loved.
