I had dinner at the Steak House to celebrate my birthday and what an outstanding meal it was! We had King Crab Cake, Pan-Seared Scallop with Caviar & Oysters to start. The Crab Cake was perfectly seasoned, with generous chunks of fresh crab meat. It was fried to an attractive golden brown without being greasy. The oysters were so fresh & plump, the unmistakable brininess the moment you tipped one into your mouth brought to mind the ocean where they came from. Not to be outdone, the Scallops were seared to perfection so they remained succulent.
For mains, we ordered the Chateaubriand and the Rib Eye steak. The sliced Chateaubriand with its beautiful red centre was a sight to behold, and the promised tenderness & juiciness did not disappoint.
The dinner ended with yet another birthday cake! It was a Chocolate Lava cake, which was decadent and wickedly delicious!
The service team together with Sommelier Kelvin are to be commended for the high level of efficiency & professionalism. They made good recommendations when asked, and their attentiveness to details made the entire dinner a pleasure. Thank you 🤩

i had a dinner here with my bestie and we found this place really wonderful. it was the farm-to-fork tasting menu we tried, so nothing much to choose or worry about. upon seated, we ordered some sparkling wine and sparkling tea. facing the window looking at the harbour it's a very nice view. the staff showed us the beef we're going to eat, when it's still raw and gave the introduction. then the bread and appetizer came, with a right pace slowly and allowed us time to chit chat in between. the tomato cold soup was very creamy and thick. but my best among the appetizer was definitely the crab tartare, with avocado and caviar on top. then the main steaks came, 3 large pieces of meat came together, i think here's a point for improvement, that all 3 came at the same time and will let cold along our eating time. i found one with a web of tendons and could hardly cut (so i took 1 star off here), informed the staff and they took immediate action to replace another one for me. thanks for the quick action and they did apologize. finally dessert time. i'm a keto-dieter and they replaced my dessert with a cheese platter, thanks for the flexibility. so overall we had a great time here. happy to come back again at anytime.

Still our all time favourite steak house, nice charcoal grill 160 days grain-fed Black Angus Ribeye steak and Hungarian Mangalica Tomahawk Pork, altogether with thick and juicy seabass. Sidedishes like lobster macaroni and corn ribs are also delicious too

The steak selection was great, with some dry age steak if you like that cheesy taste.

Overall the appetisers are surprisingly better than the steak. The crab cakes, lobster bisque and the beef Tarte. The beef cheateubriand was a bit let down honestly, great texture but not a lot of taste. The sea bass was amazing though. Also weirdly their tomahawk steaks portions were way too big even for a party of 6. It was 120oz. We wanted a portion of around 40-60oz. But probably next time.

As for the service and atmosphere it was immaculate and very good.

One of the best steaks I ever had! Smokey and charred flavor. Better than some of the renowned steakhouses I have been. On the pricey side and it is so worth it. The salad buffet is a good meal on its own. But a steak is a must. The onion soup is superb.

The service staff super friendly and attentive. Definitely a place to check out if you are in HK!
