We travelled to Hong Kong earlier this month and decided to have lunch at this 2 Michelin Star restaurant and the whole experience totally did not disappoint!

We ordered the Executive Set lunch together with their Signature dishes from the Ala Carte menu! Everything was prepared perfectly but a special shout out to signature Iberian Pork!

We were served by Benson and Lintar who were very attentive to our needs and ensured that we enjoyed our dining experience to the fullest! We were very appreciative of them!

Apart from the food and service, the ambience was great and dining at level 102 meant that we were accompanied with amazing view of the Hong Kong skyline which made the dining experience all the more memorable!

The food is a Michelin 2-star, but it seems a little lacking in detail, but the service of the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant are good.
recommend it if you want to feel the night atmosphere of your trip to Hong Kong with a beautiful night view.

For 2 star Michelin I had expected something amazing with the food - to me it just lacked creativity and innovation and was just suburban Chinese restaurant quality - not bad .. just not Michelin. Clearly relying on past flirty and the location but that’s only meaningful if you get a table where you can enjoy it.

They did follow up on my feedback but it was perfunctory to say they will give feedback to the chef and asked me to book again and hope I have a better experience. I would have hoped they would genuinely been interested in asking for more details.

For the $5000 HKD spent I’d rather not go back.

Had lunch here recently and thought it was really good. We got upgraded to a private room as we were a group of 6 and that was a nice touch. The ambience is definitely very grand and the service is top notch - very observant and never wanting for anything. They were flexible and allowed half orders of the fried rice and noodles (although it was not mentioned in the menu). Portions are meant for sharing so don't go in thinking it will be tiny portions (unless it says per person). They also gave complimentary sweets (cookies and mochi) at the end of the meal which was a nice touch.

Since we eat chinese food a lot and knowing how challenging it is to elevate chinese food, the food itself, while nice, is difficult to differentiate as to whether it is worth the 2-michelin star rating. So as long as you go in with reasonable expectations of it just being a super nice fancy chinese restaurant and not expect out-of-this-world food then you'll be fine.

Side note: MUCH better option than the one at Regent that is also 2-star. For the ambience and service alone, Tin Lung Heen wins hands down.

The view is exceptional, and service was excellent. We had dim sum lunch here and highly recommended. Most dishes we had were good, except the fried taros. BBQ pork with honey must be reserved 24hrs in advance but it’s okay nothing stood out.
