Noodles shop with Chinese style. I love the  cold noodles call liang pi (cold steamed noodles). So usually I would choose their signature and I usually skip topping and choose their combo instead. If you don’t eat spicy there is nothing to worried about, they have non spicy ones. It is so delicious that it makes me go back very often. The shop isn’t very big tho.

Full of flavor and levels of spice! The place was not too crowded. Easy to order and quick to serve.

While it was very good, I did get sick the night I ate this. Not sure if it was caused by the food but I hadn’t eaten at any other restaurant.

They have just opened a location at Hong Kong International Airport, perfect to grab a bowl before you hop on your flight.

It is basically jiggly and bouncy flat glass noodle topped with cilantro, scallion, deep-fried peanut and sliced cucumber. You can pick the spice level. The sauce is made of everyday ingredients like sesame paste, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and onions. I also added pig ear (豬耳) as an extra topping.

I wanted to visit this place already last year but at that time they just moved and were preparing the actual new location.
We ordered two types of 凉皮 and some extra snacks.
I was quite surprised from the quality of the 凉皮 and the ingredients in each dish. Super tasty and very refreshing, outside was 30+ degrees!
Now I understand why it’s on the Michelin Guide. I’ve tried many 凉皮 around Europe and China, but this one was the best.
This place put my standards for 凉皮 to another level😂
