Had a great meal at this small warung just off the main busy road in Ubud.

Cozy warung with super friendly and fast service. We ordered almost all of the vegetarian sides to share and the lady said it might be to much. We got rice on a side. The sauces are really good. And de dadar gulung is great.

Best Warung in ubud. If you like local food with real flavour and spice then come here. We returned twice as nowhere else quite tasted as good.

we had dinner there twice and one was to-go and another one was in the restaurant. foods were great with the reasonable price, real Balish foods.
you can pay just as on the menu(no tax!) I strongly recommend you this place!

Local Balinese dishes, authentic flavours, cooked by the two owners? If this sounds like your ideal lunch then head to @warungkrisna in Ubud and indulge in the rich flavours and spice, cooked in front of you by the two ladies that own the warung.

We throughly enjoyed our nasi goreng with chicken with a side of tempe sate. We also had a side of urab sayur which was tremendous fresh and tasty. Probably the best we had in Ubud last week.

The nasi goreng was a decent portion, perfect amount of spice, fluffy rice, not too oily, and very flavourful. Egg was cooked perfectly. One of the best in Ubud we say at a price point that is a steal.

The tempe sate was down right. Rich and creamy sate sauce and the tempe skewers were cooked just right, a little crispy, chewy and soft, all the textures you need in a skewer.

The urab sayur was appellants surprise, usually when we have had this at other places it’s drenched in oil and levels spicy. In this instance it was well balanced, and fresh. A winner in our opinion.

The two lady owners were busy cooking in the kitchen (it’s only them cooking and serving the patrons), so be prospered to write down what you want to order, but they provide you with a visual menu to make your life easier.

Don’t expect dishes to be served to you super quick, remember they are the only ones cooking for everyone and doing everything else running the warung, but it’s worth the wait….

The vibe was relaxed, cute little place, a great way to get some shade, have a cold drink and then eat some delish food.

Highly recommended.
