細膩的春季料理。第一道菜是竹筍，細嫩的口感與清香加上山椒葉的芳香提示我們春天的到來。接下來是用螢烏賊做的蓮藕麵，拌入螢烏賊的內臟，清甜而濃郁的結合令人難以忘懷。之後的鯛魚白粥和櫻花鮭魚生魚片白蘆筍天婦羅，完美展現了春天的美好。烤物選用了銘柄豚，搭配黑蒜醬汁，鮮美多汁。整體上菜的節奏恰到好處，餐廳以京都風味的調味，結合春季食材，營造出令人愉悅的用餐體驗。每道菜品都精心設計，期待不同季節再訪，享受更多美味。

Delicate spring cuisine. The first dish is bamboo shoots. Their tender texture and fragrance plus the aroma of sansho leaves remind us of the arrival of spring. Next is the lotus root noodles made with firefly squid, mixed with the offal of firefly squid, the combination of sweetness and richness is unforgettable. Afterwards, the sea bream rice porridge and cherry blossom salmon sashimi with white asparagus tempura perfectly showed the beauty of spring. The grilled dish is made of dolphin, paired with black garlic sauce, which is delicious and juicy. The overall presentation was well-paced, and the restaurant's Kyoto-style seasoning combined with spring ingredients created a delightful dining experience. Each dish is carefully designed, and I look forward to visiting again in different seasons to enjoy more delicious food.

和食？中華？ジャンルにとらわれない感じのお店でした。居心地が良く、何よりとても楽しい！スタッフさんの対応も良く、終始楽しませていただけました。
猪のハンバーグがとてもジューシーで美味しくて、最後の〆も楽しめて、デザートの焼きわらび餅もとても美味しかったです✨
攻めた感じのお料理が多かったですが
他店との違いを感じ、面白かったです。

Japanese food? Chinese? It was a store that didn't seem to be bound by genre. It's comfortable and most of all, it's fun! The staff was very responsive and I was entertained from beginning to end.
The boar hamburger steak was very juicy and delicious, and I enjoyed the finishing touch, and the baked warabi mochi for dessert was also very delicious✨
There were many dishes that looked aggressive.

特に松茸と粟麩の利休仕立て、子持ち鮎の生春巻き、さんさんポーク肩ロース、焼きわらび餅ときな粉のミルクアイスがお気に入り♡

豚肩ロースは断面の色が美しく、京番茶のスモーキーな香りに包まれて、私が今まで食べた肉料理の中でトップかもしれないです。

めちゃくちゃ美味しかった♡♡♡

王道な日本料理ではなく、アジアンなテイストが加わっているのですが、それによって更に美味しい日本料理になっているんです。

ご主人もお店の方も優しくて、料理もお酒も美味しくて幸せでした。

私は名古屋在住ですが、訪問して良かったです。

Both the food and drinks were delicious ♡

I especially like Rikyu's matsutake mushroom and millet gluten, fresh spring rolls with sweetfish with roe, pork shoulder loin, grilled warabimochi and soybean flour milk ice cream ♡

The pork shoulder loin had a beautiful cross-section and was enveloped in the smoky aroma of Kyoto bancha, making it perhaps the best meat dish I've ever had.

It was so delicious ♡♡♡

It's not classic Japanese cuisine, but has an Asian flavor, but that makes it even more delicious.

The host and the staff were kind, and the food and drinks were delicious and I was happy.

I live in Nagoya, but I'm glad I visited.
