2022/7/24、ならまちのど真ん中で、イタリア料理とワインのペアリングを楽しみました。

イタリアで6年余り、東京で6年程料理経験を積まれ、地元奈良に帰りお店をオープンされた女性シェフ（オーナーシェフ）が,ワンオペで切り盛りされています。

白を基調とした店内は、心安らぐ落ち着いた空間です。

南はシチリア島、北はオーストリアとの国境付近の地域(ドイツ語圏)の幅広い様々な地方のイタリア料理を提供されています。

川上村のイワナや、御所市の倭鴨(合鴨)など奈良県産の食材も使用され、それらの食材を上手くイタリアの素材と組み合わせて、
オリジナリティのあるフードを提供されています。

900種類以上もあるといわれるイタリアのブドウ品種の中から、シェフがセレクトしたワインで、料理とペアリングをしてくれるコースも有ります
前菜からドルチェ迄7皿がサーブされますが、ワインは6皿目迄キッチリとペアリングして頂きました。
ちなみにこの日は、ロゼ2種を含む赤ワイン中心の提供でした。

7/25現在、1日1組限定の営業との事で、スタッフが揃うまでディナーのみの営業となるようです。

カウンターは９席、建屋の奥には個室もあるそうで、スタッフが揃えば色んな営業展開ができるようで楽しみです。

コースの価格が￥13，200（ワインペアリングは別途）とこの地域のイタリアンでは、価格帯は高めなので、奈良県人にどれだけその価格が受け入れられるかが、今後の経営のカギになる気がします。

On July 24, 2022, we enjoyed Italian food and wine pairing in the middle of Naramachi.

A female chef (owner) who gained cooking experience for over 6 years in Italy and 6 years in Tokyo before returning to her hometown of Nara and opening a restaurant, runs the restaurant as a one-off operation.

The interior of the store is based on white, creating a calm and relaxing space.

The restaurant serves Italian cuisine from a wide variety of regions, from Sicily in the south to the border with Austria (German-speaking region) in the north.

Ingredients from Nara Prefecture, such as char from Kawakami Village and Japanese duck from Gose City, are also used, and these ingredients are skillfully combined with Italian ingredients.
We are provided with original food.

There are also courses where you can pair your food with a wine selected by the chef from among the over 900 Italian grape varieties.
Seven dishes are served, from appetizers to dolce, and the wines were paired perfectly until the sixth dish.
By the way, on this day, we mainly served red wine, including two types of rosé.

As of July 25th, the restaurant is only open to one group per day, and will only be open for dinner until the staff is available.

There are nine seats at the counter, and there are also private rooms at the back of the building, so I'm looking forward to the possibility of a variety of business operations once the staff is available.

The course price is ¥13,200 (wine pairing is not included), which is on the high side for Italian restaurants in this area, so I feel that the key to future management will be how well the people of Nara Prefecture accept that price. I will.

白を基調に、緑のアクセントが効いた店内は、築100年を超える古民家を現代的にリノベーションしたもの。カウンター席8席のみの贅沢な空間で、地元の食材を中心に、季節ごとの最高の食材を各地から取り寄せた料理が提供されます。オーナーシェフの情熱が、一皿一皿に込められています。
特筆すべきは、料理に合わせて提供されるワインや日本酒。シェフの探究心が感じられるペアリングは、食事の楽しさを一層引き立ててくれます。
ならまちエリアは、イタリアンやフレンチ、和食、お寿司など、多彩なグルメスポットが点在。そして、このエリアの魅力は食だけではありません。町中で鹿とのふれあいも楽しめるのが、ならまちの特色。歴史的な風情の中で、最高の料理と出会い、鹿との特別なひとときを過ごせるのは、ここ「ならまち」だけの特権でしょう。
駐車場は、ならまち界隈に多数あるコインパーキングなどを利用すると便利です。

The interior of the store, which is based on white with green accents, is a modern renovation of an old folk house that was built over 100 years ago. This is a nice Italian restaurant in Naramachi. Although the restaurant is run by a female chef, the hospitality was excellent and we had a great time. Enjoy each dish made with carefully selected ingredients and proven techniques, as well as carefully selected wines. This is a store that I can recommend with confidence 🙂
