Awesome soba experience ! We were a group of 8 eating hot and cold soba and everyone loved it. The service was perfect and the prices are fair (1000 - 1500 yens for a dish). Highly recommended

両親宅が玉造なのでこの辺りはよく出かけます
それ抜いても昔から知っていますが「いもせ」さんは"お初"です
盛りでせいろと柿の葉寿司を頂きました
お蕎麦はホンマに美味しいですね
私みたいな通やない人間にも分かるレベルです
鼻に抜ける微かな香りに噛み応えに蕎麦つゆや薬味の分量と全てがパーフェクトでした
お店の雰囲気も凝っていますがお蕎麦と同様にさり気ないです
予約がないと入れないです
お客さんもどこかお洒落な人がほとんどでした

It's at a level that even a non-savvy person like me can understand.
Everything about it was perfect, from the faint aroma that hit my nose to the chewy texture to the amount of soba soup and condiments.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is elaborate, but just like the soba, it's casual.
You can't enter without a reservation.
Most of the customers were somewhat fashionable.

家の近所で検索してたら引っかかりました。
老舗な感じで素敵な門構え。多分キャッシュレスやってないだろうな。と思ってたので現金持って入店。※現金のみなのでお気をつけて。
入ると店内は満席※土曜日の13時過ぎ。予約を聞かれますが、予約してなかったので予約なしで伝えたところ、少し待ちました。
※事前予約してた方がいいと思います。
私は生姜が大好きなので、生姜茄子蕎麦をすぐ注文。板わさも頼みました。
ダシは少しとろみがあり、茄子と生姜の相性完璧すぎてめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
板わさも絶品でした😋
店員さんは忙しいのもありちょっとそっけないように聞こえますが、そこさえ気にしなければちゃんと接客もしてくれるしいいと思います。
ここはリピート確定です👏
近隣は駐車場がありますがどこも高いのでご注意を。15分300円とかです。

I found it while searching near my house.
It has a long-established feel and a nice gate. Probably not cashless. That's what I thought, so I entered the store with cash. *Please note that we only accept cash.
When I entered, the restaurant was full *It was after 1pm on Saturday. They asked me if I had a reservation, but I didn't have one, so I told them I didn't have a reservation, and I had to wait a while.
*I think it's better to make a reservation in advance.
I love ginger, so I immediately ordered the ginger eggplant soba. I also ordered itawasa.
The dashi was a little thick, and the compatibility between the eggplant and ginger was so perfect that it was extremely delicious.
The wasa was also exquisite 😋
The staff are busy and may sound a bit curt, but if you don't mind that, they will serve you well and I think it's fine.
This is sure to be a repeat👏
There are parking lots nearby, but be aware that they are expensive. It's about 300 yen for 15 minutes.

麺がちゃんと苦味もあって美味しかったです！
たまたま並んでもなく来んでもなかったのでスムーズでした。
またいきたいです！
