ミシュラン1つ星以上の価値を感じるお店。

友人の紹介で訪問。
繁華街から少し離れた静かな場所にあり、店内は広々とゆっくりしています。

出てくるご飯のクオリティはすべて高く、どれも本当に美味しかったです。

また、運ばれてくる料理を1品1品女将さんが丁寧に説明してくれました。説明もただの説明ではなく、お皿のゆかりや歴史、メニューの思いなど、女将さんの教養と人柄が伝わってきました。女将さんとの掛け合いも楽しく、とても好感が持てる素敵なお店でした。最初から最後まで大満足でした！

こちらの堀川さんミシュラン1つ星とのことですが、過去に訪れたミシュラン店を踏まえても、個人的にはそれ以上の価値を感じました。

グランドメニューは毎月変わるそうなのでまた別の機会に行ってみたいと思います。あまり流行ると混んでて予約取れなくなるので、インスタなどで流行りすぎないことを祈ってます（笑）

A restaurant that deserves more than one Michelin star.

Visited through a friend's introduction.
It's located in a quiet location a little away from the downtown area, and the interior is spacious and relaxing.

The quality of the food that came out was all high and it was all really delicious.

In addition, the hostess carefully explained each dish to us. The explanation was not just an explanation, but also conveyed the knowledge and personality of the proprietress, such as the relationship and history of the plates, and the thoughts behind the menu. It was a nice shop where I enjoyed interacting with the proprietress and had a very good impression of her. I was very satisfied from beginning to end!

Mr. Horikawa has one Michelin star here, but I personally felt that it was even more valuable than that, considering the Michelin restaurants I've visited in the past.

The grand menu seems to change every month, so I'd like to try it another time. I hope it doesn't become too popular on Instagram because if it gets too popular it will be crowded and you won't be able to get a reservation (lol)

這餐廳是我刻意從米其林指南中找到，請朋友打電話預約的。搭電車南森町或JR天滿站下，穿過商業街很快就到了。

到了現場一進餐廳時就被一股簡單的低調奢華氣氛感動到，店家知道我們是台灣來的，服務內獎很努力的用簡單英文招呼我們，當我表示稍微懂點日文後，不得了，行雲流水般又親切熱情的說明讓我很感動，也大概了解意思

餐廳沒多餘擺設，就有股貴氣，但不嚴肅，第一道菜的擺盤就很驚艷，好看又好吃，之後陸續上的也是，都是二位主廚現場製作，而且每道菜都有季節或意涵，當我們表示飯只要一半時，店家知道我們快吃不下，並且體貼的說會幫我們捏成飯糰帶走（感動！）
午間懷石有五道菜，再加上飯與甜點，份量非常夠。以米其林餐廳又是這樣的內容，色香味十足又享受，所有人都很親切，我們收到非常好的款待，很謝謝，有機會再來大阪一定會再來的

I deliberately found this restaurant from the Michelin guide and asked a friend to call and make a reservation. Take the train and get off at Minamimorimachi or JR Tenma Station, and you'll be there soon after crossing the shopping street.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were moved by the simple, low-key luxury atmosphere. The store owner knew that we were from Taiwan, and the service staff worked hard to greet us in simple English. When I expressed that I knew a little bit of Japanese, it was amazing. The smooth and cordial explanation moved me very much, and I roughly understood the meaning.

There are no extra decorations in the restaurant, and it has an aura of nobility, but not seriousness. The presentation of the first dish is amazing, beautiful and delicious, and the subsequent dishes are also the same. They are all made on site by the two chefs, and every dish is They all have seasons or meanings. When we said we only wanted half of the rice, the store knew that we were running out of food and thoughtfully said that they would make rice balls for us and take them away (touched!)
There are five dishes in the kaiseki lunch, plus rice and dessert, the portion is very sufficient. The Michelin-starred restaurant has such content. It is full of color, flavor and enjoyment. Everyone is very friendly. We received very good hospitality. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to come to Osaka again.

この日は京都で開催された「ミシュランガイド京都大阪2024掲載店発表会」の受賞式でした。
華やかな受賞式は大盛況のまま幕を閉じまだ夢見心地の余韻を美味しい料理で締めくくりたくて一軒の日本料理店に予約を入れました。

お店はミシュラン一つ星、西天満にある「御料理堀川」さん。
天満橋の名残の桜並木をなぞる様に歩いて静かな通りへと入ってゆく。
閉ざすように覆われた外観に小さな表札、脇の薄桃色の暖簾は花びらが舞うように揺れている。
水打ちされた石畳のアプローチを抜けると一転別世界、瀟洒な空間が静かに迎えてくれました。

カウンターを挟んで向かい合った大将からオーラが伝わり私は少し緊張しながらビールを飲み干して
合わせて春一色の先付けが出されると巡り逢えたとばかり緊張が解け悦びが込み上げてくる。
それもそのはず1週間前、京都の日本料理は観光客で全く空いておらずダメ元で電話した堀川さんもその日は出てはもらえなかった。
諦めかけていた翌日に女将さんから電話をいただけて…店側にしたら女性1人客は戸惑いもあったでしょうに、今夜ここに来れたことは巡り合わせとしか言いようが無くただただ嬉しくて。

ひと籠に閉じ込めた花びらのお豆腐や歯応えのいいイイダコ、蛍烏賊やウドなど季節の有り難さを噛み締めながら味わう。
椀物の桜鯛や白子豆腐、造りの初鰹の藁焼きと大好物が伝えていたかのように出てきて心が弾みます。

料理が出されるタイミングで女将さんの話術がまた素晴らしい。
器や歴史において知識豊富で秀吉の花見の語りなどその情景が目に浮かび使われたとされる吉野塗りの椀を眺めお料理を頂くと古の雅にタイムスリップしたようで心地いい

この日気に入ったのは朱色の椀に映える艶やかな色気漂う貝の黄身酢和え
余りの美しいビジュアルに心奪われ日本酒を傾けながら暫し眺めてから頂くと鮮度香り味わいと三拍子揃った磯の味が口中に染み渡る

又締めの風変わりな黒豆ごはんも深く印象に残っていて写真を見ての通り豆に黒い皮がついていない、お聞きするとゆがいた後手で一つづつ皮を剥くのだという。
その手間には意味があり大将のこだわりが詰まっている、沢山の工程と人の手を経た黒豆ご飯はとても優しく黒豆そのものの味がして
ひと手間かけた料理の機微は深く端正で凄みすらを感じさせる

これだけの沢山の食材に手をかけこの価格とは余りに凄い。馴染になりたいがひと所に止まれない性分もあり次このお料理をいただけるのはいつになるかな…でも必ず又来たい、
帰りに振り返ると手を振って見送ってくれたあの光景が今も瞳の奥に残っているから。

The gorgeous award ceremony ended on a high note, and I wanted to finish off the dreamy feeling with some delicious food, so I made a reservation at a Japanese restaurant.

The restaurant is ``Oryori Horikawa'' in Nishitenma, which has one Michelin star.
Walking along the cherry blossom trees that remain from Temmabashi Bridge, I entered a quiet street.
It has a closed exterior, a small nameplate, and a pale pink noren curtain on the side that sways like flower petals.
As you pass through the stone-paved approach, you will be transported to a completely different world, with a quiet and elegant space that will greet you.

I felt a bit nervous as I finished my beer as I felt the aura from the general who was sitting across the counter from me.
At the same time, when the appetizer of Haru Isshiki is served, the tension melts away and joy wells up, as if we had just happened to meet each other.
Of course, a week ago, the Japanese restaurant in Kyoto was completely empty due to tourists, and Mr. Horikawa, who had called to ask for help, was unable to come that day.
The next day, when I was about to give up, I received a call from the proprietress...I'm sure the store was a bit confused as a lone female customer, but I can only say that it was a coincidence that I was able to come here tonight, and I was just so happy.

Savor the treasures of the season, such as flower petal tofu packed in a basket, crunchy octopus, hotaru squid, and oud.
My heart flutters as my favorite dishes come out as if they were told to me: the bowl of sakura sea bream, Shirako tofu, and straw-grilled dried bonito.

The proprietress' speaking skills were also wonderful when the food was served.
He has a wealth of knowledge about pottery and history, and when you look at the Yoshino-lacquered bowls that are said to have been used and recall scenes from Hideyoshi's cherry-blossom viewing stories, you feel as if you have traveled back in time to the elegance of ancient times.

What I liked that day was shellfish yolk dressed with vinegar, which had a lustrous charm that stood out in the vermilion bowl.
I was so captivated by the beautiful visuals that I looked at it for a while with a glass of sake, and then I tasted it, and my mouth was filled with the freshness, aroma, and all-in-one taste of the ocean.

I was also deeply impressed by the unusual black bean rice served at the end.As you can see in the photo, there are no black skins on the beans, and I was told that the beans are peeled one by one with their hands after they have been boiled.
The effort is meaningful and the chef's commitment is reflected in the black bean rice, which has gone through many processes and hands, and is very gentle and has the taste of black beans itself.
The subtleties of cooking that take a lot of effort are deep, neat, and even amazing.

It's amazing how many ingredients are used at this price. I want to fit in, but I have a tendency to not stay in one place, so I wonder when I'll be able to eat this food next time...but I definitely want to come back again.
When I looked back on my way home, the sight of him waving me off still remains deep in my eyes.

結婚祝いに連れていただいたお店。ミシュラン1つ星の日本料理。味はもちろん目でも楽しませてくれる。月毎に変わる器で華やかな八寸。滋味深い椀ものが圧巻。主人の料理はもちろんではあるが、女将さんの説明が饒舌で楽しくコース料理を堪能できました。

This is the restaurant I was taken to as a wedding gift. 1 Michelin star Japanese cuisine. It is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste. A gorgeous 8-inch bowl that changes every month. The nutritious bowl of food is amazing. Of course, the host's cooking was delicious, but the proprietress' explanations were so eloquent that I was able to enjoy the course meal.
