The place is great. It's on a quiet street across from a mom & pop Japanese dessert shop. A lot of restaurants and bars are walking distance. The subways are walking distance. The room is nice and spacious. The front desk is always willing to help you book appointments because a lot of places only speak Japanese.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zentis, Osaka. We were in the standard room for 5 nights and we felt that the size was generous for a standard sized room in Japan. In fact, it was the largest room we had in our whole trip. The hotel and room smelled great. Our room was always cleaned well, with towels, water and bathroom amenities being topped up every day. The shower was good. We were a couple so we didn't bother about the shower screen as the shower was in a separate unit from the toilet and sink. We used the laundry facilities in the hotel too and these worked efficiently and used lovely smelling detergent. We liked the area where the hotel was located as it wasn't a major tourist area but there were still cool things to see, like the river, and there were great shops and restaurants nearby. It was actually more bustling with locals going to work and then out for post work drinks. We went to Universal Studios and we were a short walk from the station to get the train there in the morning. We'd definitely stay at the Zentis again.

Whether you’re exploring popular attractions, dining, or shopping, everything is just a short walk or train ride away.

The hotel’s interior design is a standout feature—stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated throughout.

Both the common areas and the rooms have a warm, welcoming ambiance that combines sleek elegance with comfort, making you feel at home the moment you walk in.

The bar is a true highlight, offering creative and well-crafted cocktails that are perfect for winding down after a busy day. The food here is equally impressive, with dishes that are beautifully presented and delicious, whether you’re having a light bite or a full meal.

The service is top-notch—staff are attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect.

The only area where there’s room for improvement is the breakfast. While it’s decent, it doesn’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the hotel’s offerings.

However, this is a minor point in an otherwise fantastic experience. Zentis Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka, and I’d definitely come back on my next trip.

Front desk staff is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Horrible experience with cleaners. Do not recommend if you are bringing valuables. Clearly communicated not to have the room cleaned during a certain time period (while finishing our laundry) however caught them inside our room with undergarments and valuables out.

The hotel is really perfect. My only complaint is that if you don’t have breakfast included in your room and you opt to purchase it, the staff seem to be so worried that you will run off without paying that they interrupt your breakfast in order to force you to sign. I was staying for four nights and instead of just setting a bill on my breakfast table, they’d interrupt me when I was pouring coffee or eating and push the bill and pen at me. Doesn’t feel great to start one’s day with a sense that the staff are worried you’re a thief. I came down every day for breakfast and received the same thief treatment. In contrast, the bartenders are incredible and so welcoming and kind and the quality of their drinks is just astonishing. At Zentis you have a top of the line cocktail bar right in the hotel!
