A simple lunch place.   Crowded, crammed, and fast-paced.  The well-praised homemade pasta, to a Western palate, was actually overcooked and plain.  I am not really seeing the Michelin Bib Gourmand here.  The staff was smiley and extra kind but was eager to hurry the customers out, as other reviewers noted, likely to make seats for the next customer. The main entree (today's fish grilled with pesto sauce) was simple and good but nothing to write home about.  Affordable at JPY 1800, but even at this price point, there are better lunch options in town.

I visited the restaurant around 12noon. I understand it's the golden lunch hour but the service was quite disappointing.
My friend and I just got seated and immediately were asked to order (with no time to read the menu). I chose the lunch set of pasta with octopus sauce but turned out they changed the sauce to beef sauce without prior notice.
For another customer , the staff noticed them in advance , but may be i am not Japanese , so I was not noticed in advance.
The speed of serving is super fast. Everything is on the table. The appetizer and the pasta were served at the same time on a little table. Honestly speaking , I didn't enjoy the time there.
About the food, it's average.

For a meal, it's not only about the food, but also the service and atmosphere.  This is called customer experience.

Amazing place.
Best Italian restaurant I have ever been in Japan!
Service was good and really friendly, the Italian wine they recommended was delicious and the food was absolutely amazing.
Everything looked and tasted amazing, and they have a really nice choice of starters, pasta and main dishes on the menu. We tried many different kinds of pasta and just loved it. The sauces tasted just amazing and the pasta was cooked perfectly too. The main dishes we had were very good too! All of the dishes are really creative and you can see how much effort the chef put into creating them.

I can definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have some good Italian style food in japan.

I will go there again for sure next time I am in Osaka.

I don't speak a lot of Japanese and the staff was very patient with me. ❤️ The food and winer were great but the best was the tiramisu. Wowser that was amazing!!
