The hotel is lovely. Located on a quiet street behind the main road. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful with navigation and recommendations on transportations. It’s quite near the Tokyo dome where you can find a big supermarket for snacks. You can also ask for water (it’s free). Overall I think with the price we paid we are happy with it - plus the rooms are clean which is really important for us. Definitely worth booking if you are travelling to Tokyo!!

This hotel was fine but nothing special. It did not feel like good value for the price.

The bathroom in the room had a bad smell and the room seemed like it needed a deep clean. There was lots of dirt behind the toilet seat and mould where bathroom sink bowl meets the bathroom counter.  I also made the mistake of opening the wire cabinet below the TV and found years worth of dust.

The area itself has good restaurants near by.

It’s not the most convenient transit wise but not bad if you don’t mind walking farther to different train lines. Getting to Tokyo station and the airport involve transferring trains which is not the best with luggage.

The rooms were the smallest of my stay in Japan. The beds do not allow for storage of suitcases underneath like many other hotels so our bags took up most of the space with no where to stow them.

On the plus, the hotel was quiet.

We had a really great time staying at Hotel Niwa Tokyo. The rooms were nice, tho a little small. The amenities and service made up for it. Location is also ideal as it’s close to a metro station :D

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Niwa! The rooms were nice and super clean!
The breakfast they provide is amazing! We also ate at their french restaurant and it was delicious!
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
It's close to the train station and the Tokyo Dome.

I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the touristy areas and you are not in a rush. It's beautiful,clean,modern. Bed was very comfortable, I slept so well every night.  I loved the massage chair and the view of the refresh lounge. If you want to wash your clothes in the laundry room you might have to wait. Staff was friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a few mins walk from the metro station.
