丸の内の店舗で白いセーターを試着しましたが、胸元に目立つ穴があり、購入を諦めました。このセーターが欲しくてわざわざお店に伺ったので、他店の在庫を確認してほしいと40歳くらいの男性店員にお願いしました。しかし、「これは手作りだから、どの店に行ってもこういう瑕疵はある可能性がある」と説明されただけで、店内のパソコンを使って他店舗の在庫を確認することもしてもらえませんでした。
対応の態度もどこか冷たく、「もう諦めて」と言われているような印象を受けました。遠方から訪れただけに、このような対応には非常に残念な気持ちになりました。

I went all the way to the store because I wanted this sweater, so I asked the 40-year-old male clerk if he could check if other stores had it in stock. However, the only explanation I received was that ``this item is handmade, so no matter which store you go to, there may be defects like this'' and they did not even allow me to use the in-store computer to check the inventory at other stores. .
The response was somewhat cold, and I got the impression that they were telling me to give up. I felt very disappointed in this kind of response since I had come from far away.
