こちら、あの銀座寿司よしたけさんが手掛けてるイタリアンですね。
仕入れ先も同じと言う事で、素材に関しては間違いない物が仕入れされています。

メニューは黒板から選ぶスタイルのその日のメニューのみで楽しめるお店です。

この日は白子、エゾジカ、トリュフがおすすめと言う事でおすすめされるがまま頼みました。

食べた物、
・カプレーゼ、最近はカプレーゼのチーズがモッツァレラよりブッラータが主流になりつつある様な気がする。（個人的には出来たてのモッツァレラが1番合うと思う）

・イイダコのソテー、シンプルな料理だけど火の通し方も素晴らしく美味しく食べられました。

・白子とブロッコリーのパスタ、白子のねっとり感とブロッコリーのプチプチ感が相まってとても美味しい。

・ウニと青のりのパスタ、これ美味しかった！

・子羊のハンバーグ、お店のスペシャリテの一つで肉感とスパイス感のバランスが非常に絶妙で美味しかった。

・エゾジカのグリル トリュフ掛け、個人的にあんまりジビエは好きでは無いけど、獣臭がしっかり抜けていてとても美味しく食べられました。

問題は、シェフがほぼ1人で作られているので少し混んで来ると料理が来なくなります。。泣

ここが改善されたら、もっと評価が高くなると思う。。
サービス視野の広さも安心できるので、今後に期待だと思います。

銀座には幾多のお店があるので、なんとも言えないですが行っても時間の無駄にはならないお店です。

シェフとソムリエ2人だけで回してるけど、さすがお二方ともプロなので遅いということもありませんでした。前菜からデザートまで、何を食べても美味しいです。特に普段あまりイカが好きでない私ですが、スミイカのソテーが美味しくて驚きました。ウニの冷製パスタも最高でした。
