This is one of the most important coffee spots on the world map – truly incredible and hard to put into words. You can watch the entire coffee-making process live, from roasting to brewing. It’s a unique and fascinating experience, even though it gets really crowded.

They offer coffee exclusively produced in their Tokyo roastery, which adds to the magic. I was genuinely impressed by Starbucks – it exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommend visiting, but make sure to reserve your entry in advance! You need a ticket, which is arranged at a nearby location. I waited about an hour and a half to get in.

Make sure on busy days go down a few meters to log in on your phone. There will be a count down on your phone once you click the qr code. Come back to the entrance when your screen turns blue or the count down is over.

Once you get inside, it's a free for all on looking for a table/seat.  I wished along with their wait, they would asign you a table instead.

Best coffee I've ever had. You have to try the whiskey barrel aged Guatemala coffee. It's a cold brew over a large ice, gives it the alcohol vibe and it actually has a hint of whiskey flavor. Man what an experience. Oh the place is great and 3 floors.

One one the highlight in Tokyo trip.  Along the meguro river you can see Sakura right from the cafe.  Monday morning took around 20mins from getting the entry QR code to entering the cafe.  Quite a bit of crowd but generally should be able to get a seat.  The food options and taste are great.  Same for drinks you can get seasonal products.  Different level focus on different food options.  You may even catch live roasting of coffee bean at ground level.  Coffee tea and even alcohol on each level.  Definitely worth the trip and queue if you have some time to spare.

Visited Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Tokyo, but unfortunately, it was extremely crowded, and we couldn’t go inside. The waiting time was more than an hour just to enter! However, we still managed to get a special edition Starbucks tumbler, which was a nice consolation.

The place seems very popular, so if you’re planning to visit, be prepared for long queues. Hoping to come back again when it’s less crowded to experience the interior and the coffee!

Finally had the chance to visit the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo early in the morning, and it was absolutely worth it! Arriving early made a huge difference—no long queues, and we could fully enjoy the stunning interior and experience the atmosphere without the crowds.

The four-story space is beautifully designed, with each floor offering something unique—from handcrafted coffee and tea to exclusive merchandise and even a bar serving coffee-inspired cocktails. The attention to detail in both the drinks and the architecture is impressive.

Tried their specialty coffee, and it was exceptional—smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. The pastries were also delicious, complementing the drinks perfectly. If you’re a coffee enthusiast or just love aesthetically pleasing cafés, this place is a must-visit.

Hands down, the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited! If you’re in Tokyo, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Even though it gets pretty busy, the space is designed so well that it still feels spacious and not overwhelming. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, making it a great spot to enjoy a unique coffee experience.

The staff are super friendly and accommodating, which makes the visit even better. And of course, the menu here has exclusive items you won’t find in regular Starbucks locations.
