鮎寿司は季節が終わっとしまうのでまた来年。鮎に代わるもの準備中とのことで乞うご期待！！！冬は脂がのった良いネタあるとのことで楽しみ。

泳いでる鮎を見せてくれて　→ 焼かれて　→ お寿司になって帰って来る、という流れも見せてくれて写真撮りやすく気を使って頂いてありがたかったです。頭も尻尾も丸ごと食べられる丁度良い鮎。鮎のお腹の横についてる黄色いのは卵。

Well, it was delicious. Very satisfied.

The sweetfish sushi season is over, so I'll try it again next year. We are currently preparing something to replace sweetfish, so stay tuned! ! ! I'm looking forward to the winter when I hear that there will be good fatty fish.

I was grateful that they showed me the process of ayu swimming, being grilled, and coming home as sushi, making it easy for me to take photos. A perfect sweetfish that you can eat the whole head and tail. The yellow stuff on the side of the sweetfish's belly is the egg.

Everything is delicious and it's a good restaurant.

おつまみからお寿司、日本酒も大変美味しい。
ビルの上の階にあり、こじんまりしたお店で居心地がよかった。店内の明かりのバランスもいい感じ。

赤坂 菊乃井 13年、鮨なんば、と腕を磨かれ、
今年に入って麻布十番にて独立。
