It's not your typical ramen place. Very unique flavors and the highest quality ingredients. The protein was so tender. The presentation was the
nicest I've seen. The prices of their menu were very reasonable. The only con was that we had to wait more than an hour in the cold sine the place could only accommodate 12 at the counter and a room which could hold maybe 6 more people.

We arrived at the restaurant around 10:15 AM and found a line of about 18 people in front of us. It took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to get a seat.

The restaurant has a strict rule: everyone who plans to dine must stand in line—no substitutions or placeholders. If the staff notices that your group is incomplete, you might lose your spot in line. We witnessed this firsthand when a group of three in front of us was denied entry because two members left the line to grab coffee.

**Special Yuzu Shio Ramen**: The flavor was perfectly balanced—delicate, complex yet approachable, fragrant, and refreshing. The yuzu taste and aroma were just right, enhancing the overall experience. The broth was so light and well-seasoned that I finished it to the last drop. The thin noodles were delicious with an ideal texture—not too soft. The toppings were great, though the scallops were on the smaller side, which was slightly disappointing. While the scallops were well-prepared, I wasn’t a fan of the ham, as I felt it didn’t match the dish’s overall flavor profile, though others in my group enjoyed it.

**Special Porcini Shoyu Ramen**: The shoyu broth was rich, balanced, and umami-packed without being overly salty. Adding the duxelles mushrooms, bite by bite, introduced a creamy and aromatic depth to the flavor, though I personally preferred the broth without the mushrooms. The smoked duck topping was tender and flavorful without overpowering the dish. The dumplings were tasty, but I felt the filling could have been a bit larger to better match the size of the wrapper.

**Truffle Egg Over Rice**: A simple yet delicious combination of raw egg, duxelles paste, and dashi-shoyu. It was comforting and easy to enjoy.

**Overall Experience**: If there’s no line, I’d happily return for the Yuzu Shio and Shoyu Ramen. However, waiting over an hour might not be worth it unless you’re eager to try one of the most popular ramen spots in town. The flavors are excellent, and it’s clear why the restaurant is so trendy right now.

A popular ramen shop near Tokyo Midtown. We went on a weekend for dinner and queud for about 40 to 50 minutes. Once you're guided inside. There is a machine for orders which will provide you with a ticket. Then you will be shown to your seats. I ordered the Porcini Shoyu Ramen & got the Truffle Egg Over Rice for sharing. The Ramen was good. I enjoyed the soup with the truffle. It was flavorful. Loved the Negi too. Sadly, I didnt like the Chasu. The Truffle Egg Over Rice was good too. Loved the creaminess of the egg. A great place to try but not recommended for those who are in a hurry and for those who wants to relax  while eating since you can't stay too long.

The queue was crazy, again, mostly tourists! Waited for over 45mins+ as I arrived before 12pm.

The ramen was exquisite and tasted good with its ingredients, the ramen texture was also just nice! Can see why they are on Michelin guide!

However, this is not really to my liking and not quite my type of ramen as I prefer the traditional rich broth and simple. This is on the fancier side, as it also reflects on the pricing. It’s worth trying to see what the hype is about but not something I will return to eat.

The ramen was magical, with a delightful truffle flavor that was perfectly balanced. The yuzu was also very fresh and well-balanced. Definitely worth a visit! Whatever you choose from the menu is fantastic, the egg sandwich they had was also amazing! We queued for a while, we stood between 45-60 minutes.
