赤羽橋からすぐ辺りの静かな場所にあるお店。
アラカルトで和食と種類の豊富な日本酒、ワインをいただけます。ワインのメニューの多さにはびっくり。
お値段も値上げの店舗が多い中、周りのお店より抑え気味な印象です。
お通しは肉厚の椎茸。

注文したのは
・フルーツトマト
・磯つぶ貝旨煮
・もずく酢
・御造り盛り合わせ
・すっぽんたれ焼き
・筍焼
・佐賀ホワイトアスパラ
・サバ唐揚げ自家製フレッシュサルサ
・炊き込みご飯　蟹とふきのとう

炭火でじっくり焼いてくれるものが特におすすめですっぽんたれ焼き、アスパラ、筍焼きの美味しさには驚きました。
素材の良さもさることながら、1番感動したのが佐賀ホワイトアスパラ。
アスパラを炭火で塩をかけてやいてくれているのですが、シンプルな料理ですが、ただ甘さだけではなく、旨味が強くみずみずしく、ホワイトアスパラの奥深い味に感動しました。

お酒も1993by封印酒という60ml4,000円の貴重なお酒をワイングラスでいただきました。
『封印酒』は日本名門酒会加盟店限定酒で、
「吟醸酒とはなにか、どうあるべきか」とその理想を求め、「買って間違いのない吟醸酒を日本酒ファンに」と蔵元と日本名門酒会が責任をもって封印した純米吟醸シリーズが「封印酒」だそうで、大変貴重なお酒だと想像できます。
紹興酒のような味わいでした。

ぜひまた行ってみたいお店です。

This shop is located in a quiet area right next to Akabanebashi.
You can enjoy Japanese food and a wide variety of sake and wine a la carte. I was surprised by the variety of wine menus.
While there are many stores that have raised their prices, I feel that the prices are lower than those of the surrounding stores.
The appetizer is thick shiitake mushrooms.

What I ordered was
・Fruit tomatoes
・Simmered rockfish shellfish
・Mozuku vinegar
・Assorted sashimi
・Grilled soft-shelled turtle with sauce
・Bamboo shoots
・Saga white asparagus
・Fried mackerel with homemade fresh salsa
・Takikomi rice with crab and butterbur

I especially recommend the ones that are slowly grilled over charcoal.I was surprised by the deliciousness of the grilled pontare, asparagus, and grilled bamboo shoots.
Apart from the quality of the ingredients, what impressed me the most was the Saga white asparagus.
The asparagus is grilled over charcoal and sprinkled with salt, and although it is a simple dish, I was impressed by the deep flavor of the white asparagus, not just sweetness, but also strong umami and freshness.

As for the alcohol, we had a rare 60ml 4,000 yen drink called 1993by Hitsujisake in a wine glass.
``Hikishu'' is a sake limited to member stores of the Japan Meisho Sake Association.
The Junmai Ginjo series is said to be a series of Junmai Ginjos that have been sealed with the responsibility of the brewers and Japan's prestigious Sake Associations to seek out the ideal of ``What is Ginjoshu and what should it be?'' and to ``give Japanese sake fans the sure-to-buy Ginjoshu.'' You can imagine that it is a very valuable sake.
It tasted like Shaoxing wine.

This is a store I would definitely like to visit again.

実はランチで美味しいうなぎを頂けるんですよね。
近くに有名なうなぎやが幾つかありますが、個人的には隠れうなぎ名店だと思ってます。その日の仕入れ状況によって天然うなぎor養殖うなぎを選ぶことができます。

私は天然うなぎを選びましたｗ
最初、お料理を出された時は少し小ぶりで養殖うなぎにすればよかった！と思いましたが、食べたらその美味しさに納得♡

うなぎの味に関しては写真をご覧いただければお分かりだと思いますが、とにかく絶妙な焼き具合と甘くないタレがなんとも言えないバランス…こういう鰻、好きですね…笑

一見、質素な感じですが
一品一品丁寧に作られ、大事に運ばれ、味の深さから
食事を終えた頃は、食べ過ぎなくても、身体と心が豊かになりました。

炊きたてのご飯が美味しくて、お塩だけでも美味しく食べられそうでした。

2000本ほどのワインリストが本当に素晴らしく、次回はディナーで伺いたいと思ったものの中々行けず💦

Actually, you can have delicious eel for lunch.
There are several famous eel restaurants nearby, but I personally think this is a hidden eel restaurant. You can choose wild eel or farmed eel depending on the stock availability that day.

At first, when I was served the dish, it was a little smaller and I should have used farmed eel! I thought so, but when I ate it, I was convinced of its deliciousness ♡

As for the taste of the eel, you can tell by looking at the photo, but the perfect balance between the exquisite grilling and the not-so-sweet sauce...I like this kind of eel...lol

At first glance, it looks simple
Each item is carefully made, transported with care, and has a deep flavor.
By the time I finished the meal, I felt full both physically and mentally without having to eat too much.

The freshly cooked rice was so delicious that I could have eaten it just with salt.

The wine list of about 2,000 bottles is really amazing, and I wanted to go there for dinner next time, but I couldn't go.

I posted a photo of this lunch last year, but I recently felt like going, so I went back in my memory and wrote a review.

Personally, I really liked the chopsticks and Japanese pepper used ♡

接待、高級な雰囲気でちょっと緊張感ある♪清潔感もあり素敵！2週間前に電話予約し18時スタートでお伺いしました。コースとアラカルトがありますがアラカルトは2回目以降の来店なら可能という事。くま　里芋、春菊たらの白子、ご飯美味かった！マグロ、ヒラメエボダイ、キンカン牡蠣フライ　山椒すっぽんなまこベーコン　玉ねぎタラの白子飯は何とも言えない触感、味付けも抜群で美味しかった。なまこ、ベーコンご飯はあんまり口に合わなかったなあ。。。。次回アラカルトを堪能したい！ご馳走様でした♪

【巷で評判の鰻ランチ】

幻冬舎の雑誌ゲーテで美味しい店を紹介する特集号が今発売さている。

ゲーテイスト4人が選ぶ店の中に4人のうち3人が推薦したのがここ「宮わき」さん。
実は四谷三丁目の時にお邪魔していたが、三田へ移転以来、来てなかったので、久しぶりの訪問。ご挨拶したけど、キョトンとされていたので、忘れられていたみたい。

ランチは鰻メニュー一本。
真昼間から生ビールを飲みながら、小鉢ふた品を（ツブ貝、和え物）アテにいただく。美味いんだな、これが。

大きな地焼のうなぎをメインのおかずに、炊き立ての土鍋ご飯をお茶碗に入れていただく。…鰻は地焼きの割に食感も柔らかで、味付けは甘過ぎず、辛過ぎずちょうど良い。
そして炊き上がったご飯。これが抜群に美味しい。合間にシジミの味噌汁、漬物（たくあん、胡瓜）をいただくが、これがまた良い塩梅。全体に良いバランス。

食べ終わったのだが、どうしてもツマミに食べたいと友人が言い出し、『タルタルソース』を追加でいただく。玉子の中に刻まれている実山椒が結構舌に刺激的で爽やかにも感じる。

鰻ランチ（税込4,950円の）は基本は静岡の養殖モノの鰻らしいが天然モノの入荷があれば時価とはなるが食べれる時もあるらしい。

ご飯が美味しすぎるので、鰻を乗せて鰻丼風にするのはもったいない。このめちゃくちゃ美味しいご飯を引き立てているのが鰻なのかもしれない。

思わず、たまらんなぁ〜と、親父くさい言葉を発してしまった…。

A special issue introducing delicious restaurants in Gentosha's magazine Goethe is now on sale.

Among the restaurants selected by four game tasters, Miyawaki was recommended by three out of the four.
Actually, I visited him when he was in Yotsuya 3-chome, but I haven't been since he moved to Mita, so it's been a while since I've visited him. I said hello to him, but he seemed to have forgotten me because he was so quiet.

For lunch, there is only one eel menu.
While drinking draft beer in the middle of the day, you can enjoy two small side dishes (shellfish and aemono) as an accompaniment. This is delicious.

The main dish is a large, locally-grilled eel, served in a rice bowl with freshly cooked clay pot rice. ...The eel has a soft texture considering it's locally grilled, and the seasoning is just right, not too sweet or spicy.
And the cooked rice. This is extremely delicious. In between, we had miso soup with clams and pickled vegetables (takuan and cucumber), which were also good seasonings. Good balance overall.

I finished eating it, but my friend insisted that I wanted to eat it as a snack, so I ordered some extra ``tartar sauce.'' The real sansho pepper carved into the egg is quite stimulating and refreshing on the tongue.

The eel lunch (4,950 yen including tax) is basically farmed eel from Shizuoka, but if wild eel arrives, it will be priced at the market price, but it is sometimes edible.

The rice is so delicious that it would be a waste to put eel on top and make it into an eel bowl. Perhaps it's the eel that makes this insanely delicious meal stand out.

I couldn't help but say something that sounded like a father to me...

2012年、荒木町にて開店された【宮わき】さん。

開店から10年という節目になる2022年9月に現在の赤羽橋に移転された模様。

1回目はコース2回目以降はアラカルトから
も楽しめるお店。

一軒目使いも良いですし、
ワインが飲みたい時に2軒目でも。
とにかくお料理も美味しいし、
ワインの品揃えも本当に素晴らしく最高です！
次回はワインを呑みにいきたいと思います！
