Very good food… and quite an unpleasant overall experience. We booked for a small group with a child and we’re told upon arriving that children are not welcomed (to be clear, the child behaved perfectly and have eaten - and enjoyed - many Michelin starred restaurant). This is the prerogative of the restaurant, of course, but the chef did not speak to us the whole time although we were sitting at the counter - there are no table there. The second person working in the restaurant was a nice guy but the experience was overall awkward and such attitude says a lot about the place’s character.

友人おすすめのミシュラン一つ星のカウンター中華。コースのみです。
町中華とは違って脂っこくなく、上品です。鮑のステーキは柔らかくてソースも美味しい。お酒も美味しいワインが揃っていました。大切な人を連れていくのにおすすめです。

白金の北里斜め向かいにあるミシュラン★の中華。
カウンターのみでカジュアルだけどおしゃれな雰囲気！
おまかせコース8千円ととても良心的！
コースもテンポ良くさくさくでます。
終盤にかけて味濃いめの重めで量も増えて満腹になりますが、〆はスープ炒飯でお茶漬けのようにさっぱり締まります。
デザート前に、足りない方用に単品メニューがでてきます。
お腹に余裕があれば他にも頂いてみたかった！
最近西麻布にも2号店ができた模様。
アワビがまるっとひとつでてきましたが、プリプリで美味しかった！
牛頬肉もホロホロで柔らかい。

The course is fast and well paced.
Towards the end, the flavor becomes heavier and the portion increases, making you feel full, but the soup ends with fried rice, which is refreshing and filling like ochazuke.
Before dessert, a la carte menu will be served for those who don't have enough.
If I had room in my stomach, I would have tried other things!
Apparently they recently opened a second store in Nishiazabu.
A whole abalone came out, and it was plump and delicious!
The beef cheek meat is also soft and fluffy.

18時スタートで食べ終えたのは19:30ごろ。
オープンキッチンなのでシェフが調理しているところを目の前でみれます。
王道の中華料理！というよりはどちらかというとシェフの工夫が愉しめるお店です。
紹興酒に漬けたアボカドは美味でした。
生鮑ステーキも肝ソースとの相性が抜群。
特に美味しかったのがスープ炒飯。締めに最高です。コースの順番がすごい考えられてるなと思いました！
ワインもリーズナブルで4500円からボトルで頼めます。
客層は、グルメな方が来てるイメージで静かにご飯を楽しんでいる方が多い印象です。
ちょっと声が大きい／香水が強烈なお客さんもいましたが、星をとっているのでそういう人たちが一定いるのはしかたないかもです。。

I received the course on my anniversary.
We started at 6pm and finished eating around 7:30pm.
It's an open kitchen so you can see the chef cooking right in front of you.
Royal Chinese food! Rather, it is a restaurant where you can enjoy the chef's ingenuity.
The avocado soaked in Shaoxing wine was delicious.
The raw abalone steak also goes great with the liver sauce.
The soup fried rice was especially delicious. Great for finishing. I thought the order of the courses was very well thought out!
Wine is also reasonably priced and you can order a bottle starting from 4,500 yen.
I get the impression that the customer base is mostly gourmets who come here and enjoy their meal quietly.
There were some customers who were a little loud/the perfume was strong, but since we have a star rating, I guess it can't be helped that there are a certain number of people like that. .
