This restaurant is AMAZING!!!
It's in a very old building, especially on B1F, well from outside, you never would thought that here would be a nice place for eating!

However when you entered and enjoyed their atmosphere, service and foods… WOW!
Brilliant delicate and well thought menu contains the heart and work from the restaurant, magnificent and delicious dishes and heartwarming reasonable price.

This place definitely craved in my memory and overturned my intrinsic acknowledges.

赤坂剱持と同じビルの地下にあるフレンチ。月ごとのテーマがあって読み応えあるメニューが楽しいです。アミューズからとても美味しい。正統派フレンチにシェフのエッセンスが効いてます。大根やらいぶりがっこやら、食材の組み合わせ探究心も興味深く、シェフ自身が楽しんで料理してる感がビシバシ伝わってきます。総じて非常に美味しい。塩気は強すぎず、食材の旨味は存分に力強く、分かりやすいビストロ的な味わいもあってバランス良いです。メインのお肉料理はボリューム満点！！二種を追加料金で食べる事も可能らしいが、胃のキャパ的に無理。。あと十歳若ければ！！デセールもパティシエさんいるのかな？レベルに美味です。大人が食べるデセール、パリで売ってる甘いだけではないちゃんとしたデセールの味でした。今回、メインの肉料理の温度がぬるくて、後半は冷めていた、お皿も熱くないのでタイミングがズレたのかな？？それだけ残念でした。味は好みドンピシャなのでまた伺いたいです。1人ならカウンターも可能との事で満席でも電話してみるのはアリとの事。月ごとのテーマが楽しみです！

A French restaurant located in the basement of the same building as Akasaka Tsurugimochi. The menu has a monthly theme and is fun to read. Amuse is very delicious. The chef's essence is applied to orthodox French cuisine. The inquisitiveness of the combinations of ingredients, such as radish and daikon radish, is interesting, and you can clearly feel that the chef is having fun cooking. Overall very delicious. It's not too salty, the flavors of the ingredients are strong, and there's an easy-to-understand bistro-like flavor that's well-balanced. The main meat dishes are full of volume! ! It seems possible to eat two types for an additional fee, but it is not possible due to the capacity of the stomach. . If only I were ten years younger! ! I wonder if there is a pastry chef for the dessert too? It's delicious on that level. It tasted like a dessert for adults, not just the sweet ones sold in Paris. This time, the temperature of the main meat dish was lukewarm, and the second half was cold, and the plate was not hot either, so maybe the timing was off? ? That's how disappointing it was. I like the taste so much that I would like to come again. If you're alone, you can sit at the counter, so it's best to call even if the place is full. I look forward to each month's theme!

お店の前をよく通るので気になっており、今回初めてお伺いしました。

全体的にとてもクオリティが高く美しい料理です。ソースも濃さや油っぽさ(バターなど)に頼るのではなく、様々な食材の出汁が効いていて柔らかくも深い味付けで、素晴らしいです。ありそうでない、バランスだと思いました。

また、ペアリングメニューの一部のワインをグラスで頼みましたが、ワインが料理のソースかのようにマッチしていて、素晴らしかったです。
ワインと合わせると料理の印象もガラッと変わり、ソムリエのセンスを感じました。

ノンアルコールのペアリングも、クセは強くなく、一方で個性はあり、お料理との相性も良くバランスが良いと感じました。

デザートが甘さ控えめだったことで最後まで苦しくならず食べ切ることができたのも嬉しい点でした！

経験したことのない味わいと、懐かしい王道の味わいの両方が存在していて、そこがこのお店の素晴らしいところだと思いましたが、欲を言えばあと10%くらいオーソドックスな味に寄せて貰えると、複雑な味に慣れていない両親や知人も連れてきやすいお店になると思いました。

ただ、普通このお値段ではこのクオリティのお料理は食べることはできないということは断言できます。

本当にセンスとサービス精神にあふれる素敵なお店です。

I was curious about this store as I often pass by it, so this was my first visit.

Overall, the food is very high quality and beautiful. The sauce is also wonderful, not relying on thickness or oiliness (such as butter), but the soup stock from various ingredients, making it soft and deeply flavored. I thought it was an unlikely balance.

I also ordered some of the wines from the pairing menu by the glass, and the wines matched the dishes as if they were sauces, which was wonderful.
When paired with wine, the impression of the dish completely changed, and I felt the sommelier's taste.

The non-alcoholic pairings also didn't have a strong taste, but on the other hand, they had their own individuality, and I felt that they went well with the food and had a good balance.

I was also happy that the dessert was not too sweet, so I was able to finish it all without getting tired!

I thought that the great thing about this restaurant was that it had both flavors that I had never experienced before and classic flavors that were nostalgic, but I also thought that if I could get them to focus on 10% more orthodox flavors, it would make it easier for parents and acquaintances who are not used to complex flavors to come to this restaurant.

However, I can assure you that you cannot normally get food of this quality at this price.

It's a truly wonderful shop full of taste and service.

乃木坂駅から徒歩4,5分、赤坂との間のかなり閑静なエリアにあるフレンチレストラン。
日曜日の夜に予約して伺いました。女性がシェフのお店。

店内は白を基調とした明るくて可愛らしい内装。テーブルが5つあります。
クロスは敷かれてますが硬い感じはなくて比較的カジュアルです。

夜のコース9,000円
とお店の雰囲気にしてはリーズナブル。
メニュー渡されるのですがそこにめっちゃ色々書いてあってお茶目で読むのも楽しい。食材の説明とか料理のコンセプトとか書いてあります。

の6品が出てきました。あとはパンとかお茶菓子とかお口直しとか。
前菜でリゾット出てくるの嬉しい。
イベリコ豚だけどレモンとエストラゴンでさっぱり食べられて美味しい。これめちゃ好きだった。

メインは鶏か牛かで選べたから牛にした。
お肉でカツオの生ハムを挟んであると言う珍しいプレゼンテーション。
牛と魚系の旨みの組み合わせが斬新でした。噛めば噛むほど味があります。

全体的に女性シェフならではの感性と斬新さがあって面白かったです。
夜9000円でこの内容なら良いと思う。

サービスの方もとても優しくて居心地良いレストランです。

I made a reservation on a Sunday night. A restaurant run by a woman as a chef.

The interior of the store is bright and cute with a white theme. There are 5 tables.
Although the cloth is laid out, it doesn't feel hard and is relatively casual.

It's reasonable considering the atmosphere of the shop.
You'll be given a menu, and there's so much written on it that it's fun to read it playfully. It includes an explanation of the ingredients and the concept of the dish.

I'm glad that risotto comes out as an appetizer.
Although it's Iberico pork, it's refreshing and delicious with the lemon and estragon. I really liked this.

For the main course, I had a choice of chicken or beef, so I chose beef.
An unusual presentation with raw bonito ham sandwiched between meat.
The combination of beef and fish flavor was innovative. The more you chew, the more it tastes.

Overall, it was interesting to see the sensibility and novelty that only a female chef can provide.
I think this content is good for 9000 yen a night.

The service is very friendly and the restaurant is cozy.
