My stay at The Okura Tokyo was exceptional, with a perfect blend of comfort, service, and location.

Spacious Room with Stunning Views
The room was incredibly spacious, a rare luxury in Tokyo, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the skyline and even Mount Fuji on clear days. The deep soaking tub, positioned to overlook the city, made for an unforgettable experience. The bed was supremely comfortable, and small touches like nightly snacking chocolates and an amenity kit by Three elevated the stay.

Impeccable Service
From arrival to departure, the service was flawless. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. The doormen stood out, ensuring every detail was taken care of with ease and efficiency.

Prime Location & Outstanding Amenities
The location was ideal, just a quick cab ride to Ginza and Tokyo Station, making city exploration seamless. The spa and sauna were spacious and impeccably maintained, offering a tranquil retreat. The Sky Bar was a fantastic spot for cocktails at night and coffee during the day. Breakfast at the lounge was a highlight, featuring unique juices and soups that added a refreshing start to the day.

Incredible hotel, service and overall package.
Attention to detail is second to none with the little touches all adding up to creating a very meaningful and complete experience for our first stay in Tokyo. This has now ranked as one of our favourite hotels worldwide.
Several high quality in house restaurants and a memorable buffet breakfast and room service.
Would recommend you only stay here if wanting an exclusive and luxury hotel stay in Tokyo.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. They were incredibly attentive, always greeting me with a smile and anticipating my needs before I even had to ask.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was watching the sunrise or enjoying a sunset from my room, the scenery was something out of a dream. It made the experience feel even more special.

As for the food—wow! Every meal was a culinary delight. The variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing each one. From breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, with all the little details that make it truly memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great hotel. Very quiet since it is around embassy area. Direct view of the Tokyo Tower from the window.
The level of service is top, beyond expectation.
Super delicious breakfast. They offer buffet or Japanese style set. The Japanese style was less popular but highly recommended!
Room is clean, beautiful and well maintained.
Overall very happy stay.

Me and my (new) wife stayed here on our honeymoon in Japan. The hotel welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine to celebrate and a room that directly faced the Tokyo tower. The hotel and amenities are all 10/10. We absolutely adored the breakfast buffet as well as complimentary room service - a lovely touch. The staff were incredible and the room had everything that we could have asked for. The area was not fantastic (in the business district) but very close to the metro which was very well connected. Would highly recommend this hotel!
