いい所はお部屋の雰囲気は可愛い感じでインスタ映えするホテルだと感じました！
アメニティもしっかりしていてドライヤーや鏡も不満なく使えてシャンプーも良かったです！
ただ、無人なこともありチェックイン、アウト（特にアウト、名前検索しても出てこなかった）が難しかったり、荷物が15:00より前には預けることが出来なかったりシーツが使いくたびれてるのか毛玉や髪の毛が残っていたりが気になりました。
そして1番はこの寒い中部屋に戻ってきたらエアコンが壊れていて付きませんでした。
無人なのでフロントの人に相談もできず電話番号は載ってない、メールしても夜遅かったので返事も来ず、大変困りました。
友達と隣の人にエアコンが付かないのは自分の部屋だけなのか聞きに行くかどうかまで悩んだり、知恵袋でどうしたら治るのか検索したりと1時間ぐらい時間を使いました。
そして皆様にもしもの時にと思って私たちが試みた方法を書いておきます！
【廊下に出て中央のあたりにブレーカーがあります。ブレーカーのエアコンと書いている所を落とし3秒待ってまた戻しました】
すると、エアコン回復！暖房が付き地獄を味わなくて済みました。
もし、同じようなことがあれば試してください！
せっかくの旅行なので素敵な宿泊が出来ますように！

The good thing is that the atmosphere of the room was cute and I felt that it was an Instagram-worthy hotel!
The amenities were good, the hairdryer and mirror were usable without any complaints, and the shampoo was also good!
However, it was sometimes unmanned, so it was difficult to check in and check out (especially when I searched for the checkout name, but it didn't come up when I searched for it), I couldn't leave my luggage before 3:00 pm, and I was concerned that the sheets were worn out and had pilling and hair on them.
And number one, when I came back to my room in this cold weather, the air conditioner was broken and wouldn't turn on.
It was unmanned, so I couldn't talk to the front desk person, there was no phone number listed, and when I emailed them, I didn't get a reply because it was late at night, so I was in a lot of trouble.
I spent about an hour worrying about whether or not I should go ask my friend and the neighbor if it was only my room that didn't have an air conditioner, and I searched Chiebukuro for information on how to fix the problem.
And just in case, we'll write down the methods we tried!
[Go out into the hallway and there is a breaker in the center. I turned off the breaker where it says air conditioner, waited 3 seconds, and then turned it back on]
Then, the air conditioner was restored! The heating was on so I didn't have to go through hell.
If you have something similar, please try it!

아~~~ 위치 좋죠! 좋은데 아~~~~ 침구가 아~~~ 넘 안좋아요 ㅠㅠ 히터방향도 바로 머리맡이라 넘 괴로왔어요. 거꾸로 잤어용. 그거 빼고는 다 좋았어용!!!!

Ah~~~ Great location! It's good, but the bedding is really bad. The direction of the heater is right next to my head, so it was really painful. I slept upside down. Other than that everything was good!!!!

表参道交差点の目の前という、抜群の立地。
事前にスマホでチェックインの手続きを行うことができるので、スムーズに入室できて便利でした。
改装されたばかりのようで、室内はとても綺麗で清潔。
電子レンジや洗濯機なども色々と揃っていて、助かりました。
原宿や渋谷に徒歩で行けるので、観光にも非常に便利だと思います！

Excellent location right in front of Omotesando intersection.
I was able to check in using my smartphone in advance, which was convenient and allowed me to enter the room smoothly.
It looks like it has just been renovated and the interior is very nice and clean.
There were various things like microwave ovens and washing machines, which was helpful.
You can walk to Harajuku and Shibuya, so I think it's very convenient for sightseeing!
