大満足！ 子どもも連れて家族3人で訪れました。
「お鮨だけ(15貫)」のコースと「つまみとお鮨(8貫)」のコースがあり、食べログのレビューを見て、「つまみとお鮨」にしました。見た目も美しい小皿料理は絶品。そのあとのお鮨もすべておいしくいただきました。
都心ならかなりの金額でしょうが、ここなら同じレベルの料理とお鮨がリーズナブルに食べられます。
カウンター8席と奥に4人がけのテーブル席がありました。混んではいませんでしたが、たくさんは入れないので予約を入れておくのが無難でしょう。

There is a ``sushi only (15 pieces)'' course and a ``sushi with snacks (8 pieces)'' course, and after reading the reviews on Tabelog, I chose the ``sushi with snacks'' course. The beautiful-looking small plates are exquisite. The sushi that followed was all delicious.
It would be quite expensive in the city center, but here you can enjoy the same level of food and sushi at a reasonable price.
There were 8 counter seats and a table for 4 people in the back. It wasn't crowded, but it's probably best to make a reservation since there aren't many people inside.

I visited again a year later (the photo is from this time).
This time as well, my family of three enjoyed "Tsumami and Sushi (8 pieces)".
The small dishes are beautiful to look at and are all unique and unique.
It's not cheap so go for it on a special day 😃

最高のお寿司！！千歳烏山の駅から5分ほど歩いた住宅街の中にある静かなお店で、入ると手前に8席のカウンターと奥に一つテーブル席。カウンターは綺麗な白木で、背もたれ肘掛付きの椅子は落ち着いて過ごせる。
お寿司のみのコース（15貫)と、料理+お寿司のコース（8貫）があって、連れは寿司のみ、私は料理+寿司コースと無理をきいていただいた。
お通しから美味しくて、皮剥のお刺身、焼き蛤、いくらとどれも一仕事してあってお酒が進む。お酒は春鹿、〆張鶴、獺祭、黒龍などがあった。
握りもネタとシャリが一体化しているような感覚で口に入れるとほぐれ、赤酢のシャリはネタの味を引き立てるように感じた。美味しくて追加でお寿司をいくつか頼んでしまった。
カウンターの向こうで仕事をするご主人の動きや丁寧に整えられた道具や器も美しくて、いいお寿司を食べに来たなという満足感があった。また必ず行きたいお店。

The best sushi! ! It's a quiet shop located in a residential area about 5 minutes walk from Chitose Karasuyama Station. When you enter, there is a counter with 8 seats in the front and a table in the back. The counter is made of beautiful white wood, and the chairs with backrests and armrests are comfortable.
There was a sushi only course (15 pieces) and a cooking + sushi course (8 pieces).My companion had to have sushi only, and I had to choose the cooking + sushi course.
It was delicious right from the start, and the peeled sashimi, grilled clams, and salmon roe all worked together to make the drink go well. Alcoholic beverages included Haruka, Shimeharitsuru, Dassai, and Kokuryu.
The nigiri also felt like the toppings and sushi were integrated into one, and it loosened up when I put it in my mouth, and I felt that the red vinegar shari brought out the flavor of the toppings. It was delicious and I ordered some more sushi.
The owner's movements behind the counter and the carefully arranged utensils and utensils were beautiful, and I felt satisfied that I had come to eat good sushi. A store I definitely want to visit again.
