Great venue.
Even though I got there a bit late and was at the back I still felt like I was right there in the action. The attendee area had lots of width, so it didn't have to make anyone be far away from the stage.

Very easy to get to from the station.
It's on the 5th floor, the first 4 are clothes shops, so just keep going up the escalator until you find the obvious club vibes.
It seriously would have been right at home in a basement like many other music venues around. I mean that as a compliment, It gives the correct vibe you want.

Obviously Japanese ticketing can be weird, but that's nothing to do with the venue. And once at the venue itself, if you have a ticket it's easy as anything.

Great venue in an easily accessible place. The only issue perhaps is a big pillar on the left of the stage and that may get in the way of watching the show if you end up in the wrong spot.

I won the lottery to see The Back Horn. When I printed my ticket I got the number B 154 which means that I was at the bottom (first 500 A people pass and so...) . Spite of that, I was standing close to the bar which had a good sight because it was higher than the people in front (Even if u are at the bottom you will still be pretty close to the artist). So I'm pretty glad nonetheless. The live was amazing.

Absolutely terrible. Due to the pillar on the right side, half of the left part of the stage is impossible to see from half of the venue. If you're in front of the speakers, a space they expect people to be in, on top of going deaf, you can't see half of the stage because of them, so it ain't even worth it. Sides and back steps are mostly closed off any time they don't sell much, further reducing the space from which the full stage is visible . But because this is a Japanese venue, you know their capacity is based on it filling every single square inch of space with squished people - including the whole part of the venue you can barely see the stage from. Wish bands would stop using this or they would issue a refund to all people who end up standing in a place where they only see half of the show. Edit: forgot to mention it's on the 4th floor, if it's too early you can't enter from half of the stairs inside the store, there is only one elevator that also serves the shop and stairs only accessible from one side entrance, not from the whole building. So you gotta arrive well in advance too, but not too in advance that the stairs will be locked. Edit 2: forgot to mention that on the ONLY spot available in the back step, that I wanted, stood a water bottle so I thought someone was there -turns out staff just forgot to clean it and someone with a much worse number got to stand there and have a better view. No staff was around so I couldn't ask. Can't even properly clean the place.

Decent venue for smaller concerts, but wasn’t very impressed with the sound system when saw Ash recently. The pillar is annoying too lol
