I always visit this coffee shop when I come to Tokyo. It's my comfy place to go for good coffee and a great vibe. Just tried Soft Serve which’s tasty and soft. There are plenty seats inside and outdoor but it may busy in afternoon/evening. Baristas look professional and passion in what they do.

I was wandering through the streets of Shibuya, desperately looking for a trash can to dispose of my small collection of water bottles, Family Mart Spicy Chicken wrappers, and vending machine coffees when I stumbled upon the Roastery.

I had been shopping for like 4 hours straight, my Chase Sapphire Preffered card begging for a breather. We heard the young fella, and walked into this clean modern interior with rustic exposed brick walls while I enjoyed a delicious black americano. Fare more expensive than most coffee shops, but I'm not gonna complain. That'd be like me complaining about being charged more for a coffee in Beverly Hills. I’m a realist.

My Chase card deserved the hour or so off while I people watched, and getting more clothing inspiration. No one dresses better than the Japanese.
