Very clean, new, and spacious. Price is just slightly above the average but far more than the average in what was provided. Movies, video games, amenities, etc. Would recommend.

The worst hotel you can stay at in Japan, they scammed us and almost took my friend’s credit card, they took the credit card for more then an hour. Stay here if you want to have the worst experience of your life.

忘れ物をしたので、問い合わせたところ清掃中だから終わり次第確認するとのこと。

すぐに連絡が来て、無かったと言われたので清掃員に確認してくださいと伝えると、もう帰ったし確認できないの一点張り。
終わったばかりで帰宅する上に、誰が掃除したかわからないってどういう事ですか？

確実に置き忘れ、チェックアウトからすぐに連絡し、場所も明確にも関わらず、あからさま過ぎた。

他の方の口コミでも忘れ物がないと言われたという意見が多くあったので、そういうことだと思います。2度と使いません。

I got a call right away and was told that it wasn't there, so I told the cleaning staff to check on it, but they had already left so I couldn't check.
What's the point when you go home after just finishing and you don't know who did the cleaning?

Even though I definitely left something behind, I contacted them immediately after checking out, and the location was clear, it was too obvious.

I think that's the case, as many of the reviews from other people said they didn't forget anything. I will never use it again.
