This is one of the nicest all around hotels we have stayed at, and we travel the world. The customer service and overall decor and appearance of the hotel is modern and enjoyable to stay at. The staff is here is from all over the world and speak many languages. There is an amazing bakery, Vegan options there, that offers fresh made sandwiches, a large selection of fresh bakery breads and sweets and some juice options as well. The rooms are very comfortable and modern(not too much), spacious for Japan standards. The location is perfect, close to the subway, on a bus route and walking distance to many shops and eateries. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent a night here which was booked by my tour guide. The location of this hotel was convenient within the eateries and easy accessible to many locations. Room was clean and their receptionists are fluent in English. Check-in & Check-out can be done directly at the machine as well which was very convenient. Love their breakfast which is filled with delicious and wide variety of options. They have a famous bread store next door which was good and slightly expensive.

Great hotel, seemingly focused on tourists. All my interactions with the wonderful staff were in English.  The in house bakery is excellent, and the restaurant is good but a little expensive. The location itself is pretty quiet; the hotel is right across the street from a park. The closet train station is on the opposite side of the park, about a 5 minute walk...though it takes another 5 minutes to get to the platform from there. The rooms are nice, but a little small... They're perfectly fine for solo travelers. All in all a great experience, would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in a decent location for accessing lots of Tokyo, but we left disappointed - we had a Superior room and found that the walls are very thin, so we could hear people talking/moving from multiple directions. Room service only bring in new water and towels - they don’t make the beds or change the cups. The bathroom is very small and the breakfast is expensive, but there’s a good bakery on site.
Some good points were that the beds were comfy, and the entrance area and bar are nice. It’s next to a nice park, and within walking distance of some good restaurants.

Overall we thought  our stay at The Knot was okay. As a group of five we were coming off a pretty rough plane ride and really wanted to get to the hotel quickly. I'd say the check in process was too convoluted here, with terminals that the staff help walk you through (scanning passports, entering information) that normally hotel staff would actually just collect from you. The hotel staff also thought that I had shipped a bag and asked me to sign for it when it was actually someone else with the same first name, which was a little alarming. Lobby can also be very noisy and chaotic as a lot of tourists who don't understand the cultural differences seem to stay here.

Forgot to take a photo of the room before we unpacked a bit, but the other reviews on here are right that the rooms are surprisingly small. It was a pretty tight squeeze in the room for two people, in what is called their superior size room. The bathroom was also very cramped, and required a step up into an elevated space.

There were some positives to note. The cleaning service did a fantastic job, and we appreciated their diligent work in tidying up our room during the full clean. There is also the delicious bakery in the lobby which our group frequented many times. Location wise it is right next to a beautiful city park, and it's a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku station as well as the Kabukuchiko area.
